Fantastic experience: What a special place to heal and transcend. Giulia and Wessel are so welcoming and Aiva creates a great atmosphere. The place, the views, the experiences there.. Everything in the Space Within is special, their attentionto detail make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I feel so lucky to having the opportunity to experience it. Namaste.

Fantastic experience: Guilia, Wessel and Iva (the wonderful little doggy ball of fluff that is the welcoming committee) have the loveliest space to practice yoga in, and have created the friendliest, most welcoming classes. Not only do you feel included but these guys know their stuff and take time so that everyone, no matter your experience or ability, can learn, improve and grow. On top of their yoga classes G&W host inspirational, healing, and fascinating events which are well worthwhile attending in their own right. Thanks guys and I’ll see you at the next class! ❤️

Fantastic experience: The Space Within is a wonderful safe space where you can practice your yoga journey - whether you're a beginner or years into your practice. Giulia and Wessel created a beautiful, relaxing and safe space where you can bring your whole self and even if you had the worst day, you will walk away relaxed and recharged. In this beautiful studio, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean and Rangitoto - a perfect combo for body and soul. Give it a go, you won't regret it

Fantastic experience: The Space Within is my favourite yoga studio, it truly is a yoga home and provides a gorgeous environment to connect with yourself and your body. Giulia and Wessel are so welcoming and take a lot of care in how they present the space and lead classes. The style of yoga that they teach (Hatha yoga) somehow doesn’t feel too strong in the moment but you wake up with the good kind of sore after a strength class. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It has been a great joy finding Giulia and Wessel and their most beautiful studio in my neighbourhood! They are filling my need for a yoga tribe and for that I'm truly grateful. Always thoughtful and fun in their teaching style, they make you feel at ease and so welcome. Iva, a small Pomeranian 'overseer and furry yogi with attitude', helps in the warm welcome and does a mean downward dog.... Queen of relaxation! As well as the small courses they run themselves to lead to a more indepth understanding of the marvellous tool that is yoga, they offer other learning opportunities too, with ceremonies held from folk in related fields. This was an unexpected bonus! So... May they grow n flourish... surely we all need more of this Loveliness! Nga mihi Kim

Fantastic experience: Nothing better than doing the yoga session with the sea view! A great spot for yoga class if you want to do some stretching after the hard work during the day. Super friendly teachers with a super cute puppy!
