Fantastic experience: Amazing massage! Rachna is very experienced and clearly has a gift for healing. I decided on the Total Bliss royal treatment (90min), as informed by Rachna, after I explained I wanted a rhythmic and relaxing massage. It was exactly what I had hoped for - I left feeling wonderfully relaxed, pampered and nurtured. The facilities and massage room were both luxurious and tranquil. This was experience was better than the full body ayurvedic massages I had when I lived in Auckland. We are very lucky to have AyuSpa here in the Waikato! Fantastic experience: I’m using my son’s google sign in as I don’t have one:-). I have just about completed two weeks of Panchakarma with Rachna at Ayuspa. I have been loosely adhering to Ayurvedic lifestyle choices for about 16 years now - since my partner chose to treat his own issues this way. So my interest was less in spa for pleasure - and more as a way to help repair some liver and pancreas issues that were highlighted by my recent blood tests at my mainstream doctors. In saying that - prior to doing this Panchakarma treatment I had a full body massage and head massage for general relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed it. The process is 3 months of herbal tablets, 4 massages, a restricted diet that helps to aid digestion and allow the body to repair more easily. I would recommend both the treatments for relaxation and Panchakarma. I will be going back for further treatments. Rachna is very warm, welcoming and caring. The room was always beautifully warm. When full body oils are used, or in the case of Panchakarma, an all over exfoliating massage is given, you are able to shower there. You are supplied with temporary underwear so your own clothes are not ruined by the oil. I was even given lentil soup following two of my treatments in detox. I can definitely recommend Ayuspa.
