Fantastic experience: Caitlin is an amazing yoga teacher. I have enjoyed every class I have attended and the personal transformation has been a wonderful process over the months. The retreats Caitlin holds have been very special and I would not bother to travel anywhere else but to Prema Yoga to experience the best in yoga retreats with the beautiful Mt Te Aroha as a back drop to the Prema Yoga studio. Thank you Caitlin.

Fantastic experience: Caitlin is the best teacher I have ever studied under. She has a depth of knowledge and a commitment to yoga that gives her classes a dimension that is not found in a lot of other classes.
