Fantastic experience: There are many things I love about Yoga Tree but for me the attention to helping students to have the correct alignment in each exercise is so important. My posture has improved enormously and I am now able ‘to stand tall’ even as I get older. I’d recommend the classes to anyone at any age.

Fantastic experience: Yoga Tree Taupo is a warm and welcoming yoga studio in the heart of Taupo. There is a strong community of yoga instructors and clients with a great social atmosphere. Regular or casual yoga clients are encouraged. Yoga Tree Taupo offers yoga classes, private yoga lessons, yoga workshops and Bali yoga retreats suitable for both beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners. I have found yoga to be great for physical wellbeing, general health and mental and emotional balance. The yoga studio has a full range of yoga accessories including ropes, balance accessories, yoga mats and a range of hot and cold teas are available. Yoga Tree Taupo is a wellness centre that are also particularly good at working with people recovering from injury or disability. Yoga practitioners also use the Yoga Tree studio to complement other physical fitness programme's including pilates, gym work or when visiting Taupo District for the many Taupo events such as the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge or Taupo Ironman.
