Lotus Yoga Centre & Retreat

Fantastic experience: Great venue. We had a breath workshop there. 2 well designed spaces. Good kitchen and dining /sitting area, and a lovely big carpeted room for the workshop. Good disabled access.

Fantastic experience: This little gem is a beautiful location for any of your practices... Yoga, Thai chi chi gong, meditation, sound bowls. You name it, they have it.

Fantastic experience: For Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, or Relaxation, this is the place to go. Set in beautiful bush surroundings, it gives one a sense of peace, calm and quiet inward thinking. Cathryn is an experienced qualified teacher and teaches beginners through to more advanced, catering to each persons needs and abilities. I can happily, and confidently, recommend the Lotus Yoga Centre to all who are interested in Yoga or Tai Chi.
