Fantastic experience: Meditation for Modern Minds classes offered by Pure Yoga creates the ability for you to experience your own inner journey by witnessing the self through the techniques of Yoga Nidra & Meditation. Yoga Nidra is beneficial in providing the space to slow the mind & body down, especially after a busy &/or stressful day. It prepares you for meditation that follows. The meditation techniques taught helps you with the process of exploring & observing the self as well as to allow later self-reflection. Life seems more & more of a rush, & less of a sense that you are in control of your day, let alone your mind & body. Meditation for Modern Minds & the techniques shared, I found to be an excellent way to re-centre myself, develop inner calm, & clarity of mind. I have noticed the improvements within myself through having a clearer perspective towards life simply by slowing down the mind chatter & delving deeper into one's consciousness. Pragyadhara's gentle & calming approach to teaching creates an enjoyable & encouraging experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing yoga studio where you feel warmly welcomed. A safe space to learn all about inner healing and practices to help with finding that inner quietness after a lot of noise and overstimulation. Pragyadhara also offers 1:1 classes which I opted for as I was looking at more specific areas to improve and can tailor it to your needs and comes with a deep understanding of how to help anyone who is after a more quiet and fulfilled life. A true haven to visit. I always leave feeling refreshed and calm.

Fantastic experience: For the unique experience of relaxation and inner healing power that comes from Yoga Nidra, look no further than Pure Yoga with Sannyasi Pragyadhara. Each session is different to the last, providing deep stretching and strength yoga poses for about 45 minutes followed by a guided power meditation known as Yoga Nidra. This form of meditation is both relaxing and empowering, providing an avenue for mental focus and the discovery of sankalpa, or positive intention and resolve. This is a weekly session I never want to miss - it feels like a blessed opportunity to take time out from busy outer life and concentrate on the inner beauty within.

Fantastic experience: Pragyadhara’s class is my favourite way to spend an evening. Her restorative class has been a fantastic way to recover after an injury. And her Yoga Nidra is the icing on the cake to unwind and prioritise my wellbeing as a busy working mum. I love that the class is very inclusive with both beginners and more intermediaries taking the class to reap the amazing benefits.

Fantastic experience: Pragyadhara was so patient and knowledgable. She created 1-to-1 classes for me which has made my back transform from chronically painful and locked to moving with a real reassurance that this pain is something that can be easily managed and fixed. I really enjoyed the guided breathing and was enlightened to the idea that every physical improvement does not have to be the result of cardio or weights. Without hesitation recommend her wisdom and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pure Yoga Studio. Here you can be sure to have foundations if you are new in the journey of yoga but also structure and support throughout a towards a more advanced approach. The monthly kirtan are for sure my favorite events, where we unite from our diverse outworlds into a safe and non judgmental community space. During my Sadhana training I had the opportunity to learn yogic techniques and lifestyles that go far beyond the asana practice and into my day to day life which has been a tipping point for my personal development. Fantastic experience: We had a one-off session of holistic Hatha yoga for team members of our organisation that Pragyadhara so beautifully customized for us. She made sure to clearly understand us as a group and our needs, our limitations and what would work well for us as team including visiting our venue a day ahead to set up the space perfectly for the yoga session. The session included the 3 core elements of movement, breathing techniques & meditation which were adapted to the level of the participants. The team felt rejuvenated, energized and loved the way they started the day. Fantastic experience: The Yoga Nidra class with Pure Yoga is a welcome interlude each week that gives me a deep feeling of peace and space. Yoga Nidra is especially helpful in these Pandemic times to releive anxiety and overwhelm. The exercises at the beginning of the practise are energising and some exercises have been of particular benefit to me and so I do them regularly. The guided relaxation after the short practise is just wonderful; profoundly relaxing and leaves me feeling blissful.

Fantastic experience: This is a haven for tranquility, rest & sleep (yoga nidra) while the movements are strengthening, balancing & stretching (restorative yoga) All the senses are satiated with aromatherapy, sea views, candles flickering, soft blankets, meaningful trinkets & lavender eye pillows. Fantastic experience: I started my yoga journey with Pragyadhara in 2016 when I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and she has been an amazing teacher and mentor for me ever since. I have been able to build on my foundation through her weekly classes, specialty workshops and Yoga days. These have enabled me throughout the years to gradually expand my knowledge and deepen my practice by exploring different techniques of pranayama, meditation styles, restorative yoga, Hatha, Mantra, cleansing techniques, Yogic philosophy & importantly how this all translates into lifestyle. Fantastic experience: It is a wonderful experience having one on one sessions with Pragyadhara. She takes time to understand my needs and listens to what I am saying to support my emotional and spiritual wellbeing. On a physical level my body and flexibility has noticeably improved. Yoga with Pragyadhara leaves my body feeling better than after a massage! With one on one sessions everything is tailored for your needs only. The attention is 100% on you. Fantastic experience: I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Nidra training with Pure Yoga Pragyadhara five years ago in 2018. Under her guidance, I continued my self practice adding in meditation elements which she taught me. I have had one to one mantra chanting with harmonium lessons with her which gave me more confidence and improved my pronunciation of sanskrit. Fantastic experience: Pure Yoga is a spirtual haven overlooking beautiful Long Bay beach in the heart of Torbay. Sannyasi Pragyardhara has created a very special, safe and inclusive space where, as a beginner to meditation and Hatha classes, I felt immediately comfortable, supported and encouraged. Pragydhara has a depth of experience that I feel blessed to benefit from, espescially her sharp eye which keeps you working safely to your ability while encouraging you to continue progressing in your practise. Its now 2 years on and I attend regular meditation and Hatha mantra classes. It gives me a real stable, peaceful base to my everyday life. It has reduced anxiety and stress. I’ve also love Pragydhara’s awesome communication, making sure classes and times work as well as provides regular resources to support our home practice. The online option makes it really flexible too, espescially during lockdowns where we could keep continuity. There is a real sense of community that I value deeply, come and experience it for yourself, the proof really is in the pudding

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Yoga Nidra and restorative yoga classes with Pragyadhara for 2 years via Zoom. As a long time practitioner I value the authenticity of the teachings she brings and her ability to present yoga practices in a way that is accessible to beginners while deepening insights and practices of those of us who have been practising for some time. Fantastic experience: I started my private classes at the Pure yoga just over a year ago. I wanted to learn real yoga as a whole life philosophy. Before I tried different schools and teachers and it never click, always a piece was missing in the approach. With Pragyadhara I felt connected from the first moment. After some private sessions I went to group classes at her beautiful home studio. I was feeling unconfident and clumsy, as I did not have enough practice. Pragyadhara help me to build a simple daily routine that was so easy to implement and follow. When I heard that 108 yoga lifestyle course was scheduled I wanted to do it. But I doubt that I am capable to do it with almost no experience in yoga. Pragyadhara ensure me that it will be suitable for all the levels. And it was ! My journey begins July 2021 and for 6 month I been a student learning and practicing. Now i know so much more about yoga history, philosophy, meditation, breathing techniques. Yoga become my friend and tool that helped me to change my life for better in many aspects. I am practicing asanas, meditation and pranayama every day and can’t imagine my life with yoga anymore. The 108 course helped me to build the foundation and get deeper understanding of yoga. I am looking forward to do part 2 of the course this year. I am very grateful for teaching and support that Pragyadhara gave me. She is very knowledgeable in many areas including psychology, physiology and biomechanics. Fantastic experience: I discovered Pragyadhara walking past the yoga shala looking through the window as she was giving a class, this was during my stay at Kawai purapura. Even from the outside I could feel the energy of the room and the presence created and held in this space. I enrolled from the next week on. Then stayed another 3 months to continue to learn. Pragyadharas classes are like nothing I had experienced in yoga. I felt more present in these classes then ever before. I was nourished on the level of my mind, body and energetically. Learning after the first class that the name 'Pragyadhara' mean the flow of wisdom, which is exactly what the classes embody. Guided into each asana with wisdom effortlessly flowing into me. Wisdom of yoga philosophy, of anatomy, also cues for mindfulness, awakening and tips to take away for sadhana. What I enjoyed the most about these classes was in every word and instruction I was guided into the experience of becoming my own teacher. Witnessing myself, becoming sensitive to fine tune my practice. Separating herself as the 'Teacher' instead empowering us with this wisdom to learn from what is within. Since this class (and many more) I received a scholarship, gifted by Pragydahara to become a Hatha teacher myself, now teaching and living in an ashram I can say my life has taken path. Fantastic experience: I first came across Pragyadhara at a workshop she ran in Motueka 3 years ago and since my return to Auckland 2 years ago I have attended her weekly yoga classes, yoga days, workshops and had some private tuition.
