Fantastic experience: The best yoga studio in Auckland! I joined in Jan and took part in their Feb 30 day yoga program - which was really transformative both physically and mentally. The studio is beautiful, it has large windows to welcome in the sun and blue sky, but also has large curtains for classes that require softer lighting (like Yin on Sunday - which is very relaxing!). A very good pool of teachers who play very light music with the class (that I now have on Spotify) and change it up week to week. I thought I knew most of the yoga poses around but am always pleasantly surprised when I learn something new :) Really recommend it, everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the most beautiful studio I've been to in New Zealand. It has such a nice wholesome feel to it with beautiful artwork and lots of indoor plants. The teachers are all amazing and I feel so rejuvenated after each class. Theres such a wide variety of classes too from vinyasa, to hatha to yin. I 100% would recommend Mahi Yoga for beginners to advanced yogis!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio in a great location. I have only ever taken the Kinstretch class hosted by Kate Montgomery which is absolutely fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommended for anyone wanting to make true gains and feel great in their own body!

Fantastic experience: Great, fresh little studio in the heart of Newmarket and the teachers are superb! I especially like the yin classes taught by Juan Diaz - he is a very talented and extraordinary individual.

Fantastic experience: Beautifully refurbished studio, great kaupapa and truly excellent teachers. The owners seem lovely too. There's a tea station and meditation room. Lots of courses, plus local art too. The candlelit yin on sunday was amazing. The yin yang classes were really good too.
