Fantastic experience: Great massage, friendly staff, very relaxing. I fell asleep several times because of how relaxing my massage was. No time wasters or any forms to fill before the service like other massage places. Very limited parking infront but plenty around the street.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went to Nadi Wellness yesterday and had the most amazing experience. From booking the sauna through to the end of the session everything was perfect. The facilities are nice and clean and Sandy was so lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back next time we're in Queenstown.

Fantastic experience: The Yoga Studio/Shala has the most epic view. I've done yoga in many beautiful places but never have I seen a sunrise across the mountains like I saw at Nadi. This place is epic, great teachers, great vibe and the best view ever.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I came here for a couples massage after 4 weeks of driving around in our campervan. From the moment we parked we were in awe of the surroundings, and walking in we instantly felt the warmth and calm of the space. Our massage therapists were so incredible that the achy-ness of all the hikes, extreme sports and road weariness we’ve endured melted away in their hands and we felt like new humans upon leaving. This massage was over a week ago and we are still thinking about it. The owner is lovely too, and we are SO glad we spent the 15 minutes driving outside downtown Queenstown to truly relax and give our money to not just another overpriced hotel spa.

Negative experience: We'd scheduled our day around an afternoon appointment with our day trip in Queenstown and were only called a few hours before our apt to be informed it was canceled. We booked the evening prior so felt this could have been communicated in the morning of the day, rather than left so late...may need to check their availability on sites they are listing treatments on to ensure they match the calender. Disappointing!

Negative experience: Massage was cancelled due to a ‘health and safety issue’. We were only notified of this when we phoned the day prior to check our appointment time. Not sure why we’ve now been invited to review our experience, we didn’t get one. Hopefully a refund will be arranged promptly

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed into the centre. I had my first salt bath float at Nadi; I was nervous as I wasn't sure how I was going to react to being enclosed in a pod however the sensation of being weightless was almost as relaxing as a swedish massage. You begin the soak in a rain shower and are given ear plugs (this helps keep the salt water out of your ears) and then lower yourself into the warm water of the pod where you can literally let your worries float away. I'd highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a moment of peace.

Was greeted by the massager, very friendly and great smiles to making you feel relaxed as soon as you step in the door. It was my second massage I have ever had and it was so relaxing and relieving. As we got to the room, sat down, went thru what I wanted, any injuries etc, had a prepared ginger and water drink. I told her it was my second time so I wasn’t too sure and she was happy to suggest the different oils etc Booked for 1.5hr and felt so relaxed the whole time. Would come back again :)

The best part was I was so relaxed I slept hours more than I usually do (I have insomnia and couldn't believe how much I slept!). I'll be back for sure.

Everyone is so helpful, nothing is overpriced, the range of services available is very extensive and the yoga classes cater to all fitness and energetic levels. I got the 7 day holiday yoga pass and used it every day, for all kinds of different classes. Top notch, 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: A perfect way to spend a perfect afternoon (March 12, 2023). My wife and I went for a couple's massage. The spa was nicely furnished and the two masseuses were friendly and very good at crafting a individual massage for each of us so that it was a soothing and relaxing way to finish up an active morning/afternoon of activities.

Negative experience: If you're after a relaxing massage and don't need it because you're sore, then this place might be for you, the facilities are very nice. I was rather disappointed, I asked for deep tissue focusing on back and legs because I was really sore after hiking. The lady spent maybe 5 mins on both of my legs and that did not help at all, pressure was very inconsistent, few times was just hitting the spot but most of the time it was very light. Not feeling better at all after it and I'll need to book another massage today elsewhere. :(

Fantastic experience: After a few super busy days taking on Queenstowns adrenaline-pumping activities and long day trips the weather changed giving us a moment to slow down. We booked in the 1 hour massage online but upgraded to a 1.5 hour once we arrived. The facilities were absolutely beautiful, the moment you walk in you instantly felt welcomed and a sense of calm. They take the time to ask what you are after and problem areas. We both walked out feeling super relaxed and will definitely be putting this back on our to-do list for our return to Queenstown.
