Fantastic experience: I had a magical Yin and Reiki session here with Alex. The space is welcoming, clean, beautiful and calming. You must come to eastwest if you are wanting some time to calm your mind and take care of yourself. You will feel amazing afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I’m a yoga teacher from Christchurch and I find it hard to find yoga classes that I really love going to aside from my personal practice. I went to Taanes class and it was amazing - very clear cues, lovely music, great sequencing and he had such a welcoming energy! The space was beautiful too. Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: By far my favourite yoga studio. Every teacher and practitioner is dedicated to their practice and you can definitely feel that when you step in the room. Huge fan of the Ashtanga 75 with Sheryn. She’s amazing and her style of teaching is calming and inclusive, but it also pushes you. Definitely less of a beginners class but as my first foray into Ashtanga, I loved it. Will be back when I’m back in NZ!!

Fantastic experience: I took three classes with Kristy at the introduction rate: yin 90, alignment, and a myofascial release yin. I'm only passing through, but Kristy took the effort to make me feel welcome. That isn't always the case with other studios when they know you may not be a repeat client. She's a great instructor, and I'll be sure to recommend to my Bali yoga friends and stop by when I'm in Auckland again.
