Fantastic experience: How do I put this into words! There are massages and then there are MASSAGES. The type of experience where, hours later, you still feel compelled to leave a Google review, just so people know how good it was! Well today I had my first massage with Eppie and it was a life-changer. She listened so closely to my specific concerns, made a plan, and gave me a phenomenal massage that healed me in a deep and beautifully holistic way, while focusing on (and helping me to understand) my chronic problem areas. Also, I'm so sorry that I didn't catch the name of the beautiful soul at the front desk, but she made me feel so welcome! This place has an indescribably beautiful energy that really sticks with you. I'll surely be back!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, friendly staff for the moment you walk in. Very knowledgeable therapists and the Osteopath, Lewis is the best! Highly recommend. Note: car parking can be tricky so just choose to park in the Wilsons car park building not far away from clinic. (Don't forget to give me a up)

Fantastic experience: I've had pain in my shoulder for over 5 years and I've tried everything to get rid of it, acupuncture, electro acupuncture, chiropractors and massage. I decided to find another sports massage place. After one session with Zofia my pain has for once decreased which hasn't happened before. It's still there but is less. I've booked recurring appointments as I actually see this helping me in the long run.

She instinctively feels where the problem/tension areas are, and has a fabulous way of giving treatment that is both therapeutic and uplifting. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Intensive Health Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I highly value massage as part of my overall health and have experienced many different services (traveling a lot for work). What I have learnt is that there are massages that are great mostly because you needed to stop, lie down and take a break. Then there are massages that are extraordinary because the massage isn’t relying on you been stressed, overworked or needing to stop. The massage is really bloody good. You walk out feeling reset, rejuvenated and like someone very very wise has given your body what it needs to function better. The massages, people and full service at Intensive, on its own, is world class. There is no doubt in my mind that if you want the most value in a massage service/relationship, you’ll find it at Intensive. THANK YOU to the team at Intensive.

Positive experience: The first time I went it was worth the $90, very good massage that was deep enough to actually relax the muscle. The second massage wasn't as good, wasn't bad it just wasn't firm enough to actually do anything. Make sure you specify exactly what you want when you book every time, especially if it's for sports recovery.
