Active+ Ellerslie is located in the suburb of Ellerslie. We are a busy, friendly and professional practice consisting of physios, pilates instructors and occupational therapists. We offer small group exercise classes, pilates and yoga classes. In addition to physiotherapy, our experienced team provide a range of specialist treatment programmes including women’s health, ACC funded concussion services, vestibular rehabilitation, a cancer rehabilitation programme, and pilates and acupuncture services.

Fantastic experience: Kate has helped me make excellent progress in recovering from an issue I've had for a long time and honestly thought I'd have to live with for the rest of my life. A+ would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience here. I had 12 sessions and worked with Kate. She is friendly, makes you feel at ease and overall just awesome
