Tamihana, a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience, originally trained as a professional dancer. After 16 years, he transitioned to the wellness industry, starting as a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer before becoming a Yoga Studio owner.

After leaving her nursing studies due to health issues, Shannon found deep healing in regular massage, reiki healing, and a yoga practice. She was inspired to help others find the tools to heal themselves. Shannon has been a trained massage therapist for 20 + years.
