Fantastic experience: I have been attending Reform Reformer Pilates in Cambridge for a good year and a half now.. It is my go to for my workouts and I just love it. I find it works quietly on most areas of the body and have noticed a change overall in my strength, muscle tone, glutes and overall appearance. It is gentle but at the same time a VERY effective means of exercise and you feel you have done a great workout each time.! The classes.... and I have been to many now, are always different. It amazes me the wonderful teaches at Cambridge Reform manage to do so each time. It is a warm and welcoming environment and all the lovely girls that work there are so good at what they do. I highly recommend giving it a go. Any niggles or concerns you have they will help you find ways to work around it in order that you can complete the class at the level your capable off . Fantastic experience: Reform Cambridge is the best! Each class sets up a different challenge. All team members give you great direction and support in every class. All trainers are amazing. The words, " push through the burn" keep you motivated to succeed.....

Fantastic experience: I have now attended 135 classes and am still loving it, it is the perfect blend of challenging and invigorating exercises that target all the major muscle groups. The standout aspect of these classes are the ladies that instruct who all provide clear instructions, personalized adjustments with elements of humour. I feel so much fitter and stronger!! Fantastic experience: Firstly, Taylor and the team are superstars - they run the best classes which are challenging and the burn is real! The other thing I love about this Reform Cambridge is how accommodating they are - I’m currently pregnant and the team make adjustments for me each class to ensure the workouts are safe, and it’s always no stress for them! I so appreciate coming here, and the studio is so so beautiful! I recommend Reform to all ages and stages

Fantastic experience: Reform Cambridge is an awesome place to get in a pilates workout. Good direction and support through a workout that pushes you to achieve, but has a balance that won't push you into something you can't do. 100% recommended
