Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Callum at refine health to treat two injuries I sustained to my knee and shoulder tied to past issues. Callum is a complete professional and always ensured I was comfortable and had exercises to my level of rehabilitation - something I had not recieved in the past with other PT's. He was always incredibly kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Callum and Refine health!

Dr Rohil has been one of the best that i would recommend if you ever need a phisio he is the one. Very accomodative, caring and he meets what you really needed to get better. The place itself is very welcoming and accomodative to everyone that walks in that door. Highly recommended and keep up the good job.

For me personally.. A year ago I was vomiting so often after waking up with terrible migraines which I could not control. Now I'm able to control them. It's unusual for me to wake with one these days and I'm able to take medication as soon as I feel one coming on. You have changed my life. Fantastic experience: The Thursday night before I was leaving for a golfing weekend in the Naki I aggravated an old AC shoulder injury. I thought that was it. But I found Refine Health online and made a booking for Friday morning. I was greeted enthusiastically at reception and Nick performed a minor miracle and I was able to play! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Pauline: I have been seeing her for years and she’s awesome - in fact I’ve changed practice so I could keep going to Pauline. I have all sorts of recurring (and probably related) issues that have built up over the years, and Pauline really takes the time to understand the whole picture: my history, lifestyle, personality.. and what treatments and exercise plans will work for me, and then follows up until we’ve achieved the outcome we were aiming for. Highly recommended - five stars :)

Fantastic experience: Starting seeing Nick Ewart years ago for sports injuries and he's always provided effective treatments, follows up to see how I am, makes great suggestions for injury prevention as well as for rehab and prehab. My whole family including my daughter who does a lot of sports (water polo and netball) and my husband all use Nick for their physiotherapy requirements. Nick goes the extra mile and cares about his patients. He is a very experienced physiotherapist. He has a great manner, is engaging, thoughtful and mindful. Always patient-focussed. Handy location. Great service. Always effective.

Fantastic experience: Stu helped me with an injury that threatened to cast a long shadow over a marathon. His advice and therapy got me to the starting line in great shape. I'd hope not to need him again but of the need arises I would be happy to return.

Fantastic experience: Will has magic hands! He hits exactly the right places that melt sore neck/headache!! $50 is cheaper than a massage and this is honestly 10x better, plus he gave quick easy exercises that I was able to integrate into daily routine to get rid of tightness of office working neck/shoulders that would recur throughout the week, until it was gone completely.

Stu was invaluable in helping me get through a running injury, getting me strengthened through pilates classes and encouraging me to train for my first half-marathon. Even more awesome was the help with my husband's acute back pain, for the advice, physio, massage, acupuncture and follow up to prevent further relapses. Thanks Stu!

Fantastic experience: Have had terrible headaches from working to long at a computer, after seeing the GP numerous times and even a neurologist with no real success, I gave physio one a try. Saw Helene and after just one session the headaches were considerably better, after a few more sessions they were gone completely. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've had constant ankle problems over the last 10 years due to the amount of football I play. PhysioOne have helped me strengthen my ankle ligaments with a thorough stretching and strengthening regime, which has reduced the amount of problems I have. Their team is friendly and very knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
