Fantastic experience: Recently I have had a sore back and went to Suzie for a massage. She did a really good job. After the massage I actually felt like sitting with good posture. My shoulders felt like they were sitting back where they are supposed to be. I'm feeling much better.

Fantastic experience: This was my first every pilates session and I loved it! Suz listened to my goals and gave clear explanations and demonstrations. She obviously knows her stuff and I left feeling straighter and stronger already. Her ability to massage out those tight knots is an absolute bonus too.
