Fantastic experience: I have suffered from chronic pain for years. I was reluctant to do any kind of exercise in fear of making it worse. Training with Kim has been amazing. She has taken it slow and steady, working at my body's pace. I do feel stronger and more in control of my body.

Fantastic experience: I attended Kim’s water, soul and earth woman’s retreat it was just what I needed to rest and recharge. It was so relaxing, it took me out of my comfort zone but I never felt uncomfortable. Kim is very very good at what she does and made me feel very calm and welcome. The accommodation was spot on and the retreat venue at flo is just amazing. I enjoyed it all, the restorative yoga and the Pilates. Thanks so much for such a very well organised and friendly retreat. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to take time to reset, recharge and relax.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my weekly Pilates classes with Kim, after many years of intense HIIT and weight training it feels really good to find something that feels nourishing yet challenging for my body. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: So far I have attended two 10 week programs of pilates with Kim West and cannot recommend her work enough! Kim is so friendly and helpful from the get go so if you're a little nervous about Pilates or this is new to you she really does put your mind at ease. What I really enjoy about Kim's sessions is that because the classes are small you get a lot of one-on-one time where she can ensure you aren't over stretching, arching or flailing in your movements. She demonstrates each exercise well and describes very well how the movements will feel and what to observe. Kim works with each client on a health check before attending the classes so she know what areas you need to strengthen or better align. She asks questions about any injuries or medical history that may affect your ability to perform and she really incorporates compassion and awareness into her practise. The classes are not overwhelmingly difficult but are also not a complete walk in the park! Being a small class it is easy to focus on going at your own speed or range of motion and Kim helps you get the most out of each exercise. The studio is well lit and of a sensible size for the amount of attendees and the equipment is top of line! There is so much equipment to choose from that every class is new and exciting! The reformer is also such a fun and unique part of each lesson. Kim has some great background music that sets a relaxing mood and even some great relaxing scents so you really do feel like you're in a zen place! Kim has worked in dancing and pilates for a number of years and it has taken her across the continent. I feel very privileged to share in her knowledge and experience! It's always a highlight of my week and bring a big smile to the end of every session! If you're really looking to improve your health, strength and body awareness this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: I had a Pilates session with Kim at her home studio in Pegasus which was well set up and a great space to be in. I highly recommend her private one on one Pilates sessions. Having never done a Pilates session or class before I wasn't overly aware of what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Kim is a natural instructor. She is warm and friendly and her communication is clear and encouraging which I appreciated. I love the way Kim explained Pilates initially to give me an understanding of its background. She really listened to get an understanding of my own needs in order to design the session for me. Kim has a lot of tools in her kit. I loved the breathwork that she brings into the session, so helpful. She did pelvic floor work with me which was awesome as I am in menopause now. I felt my body being challenged in way that was perfect for where I am at. There was also relaxation and stretching at the end which was a great way to integrate the Pilates. I felt very uplifted by the experience afterwards! I also could feel in the following days the work that had been done in my body which was great. Really enjoyed It!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love working with Kim! No matter how I'm feeling going into a Pilates session, be it individual or group, I leave feeling energised, brighter, and ready to face whatever the rest of the day may bring. Her patience as she walks through technique and exercises (often repeatedly for a wandering mind!), attention to detail, guidance and corrections, and upbeat approach, makes sessions a treat for self. Each body provides its own unique challenge, but I always feel confident and comfortable when working with Kim, as she tailors sessions and exercises to meet individual needs... Either just for that day, or to achieve long term goals. My needs are ever changing between maintaining mobility and coordination, or simply wanting to work and challenge myself... Whatever my goal of the day, I leave feeling fulfilled, and with a few good giggles along the way (and being reminded to breathe!)... de-stressed as well.

Fantastic experience: Wow I didn’t know Pilates could be so effective on injuries! I’ve done plenty of yoga in my time and more recently suffered from a back injury. One session with Kim focusing on my injury and I noticed such a massive positive chance and felt my back muscles finally releasing! I 100% recommend Kim, she knows and understands so much about how the body moves and she picked up what needed attention straight away.

Fantastic experience: Kim can remarkably align your body gracefully, yet the isolation exercises will make you feel worked afterwards! Her guidance will connect you to your body and your senses, and you will walk away feeling like you've strengthened and lengthened, with a new understanding of your posture and a shift in your energy. Fantastic experience: My pilates experience with kim was amazing. I was in a difficult moment due to stress at work, not being able to sleep at night and with back pain every day. Soon after, I began to feel better and I was able to return to a normal life. What I value most is his ability to listen and know how to understand the problem that one has that day, how to work on it. His sessions are very varied with different relaxation, stretching and workout exercises on the pilates machine. I recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life, she is a very good professional but above all a good person who is really passionate about helping people.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first session with Kim, her extensive knowledge in how the mechanics of the body works has given me a real understanding as to why my body is experiencing pain and what the steps are to get on track to align myself correctly to mitigate these issues. Fantastic experience: I started my 1:1 Pilates sessions with Kim as part of my recovery from abdominal surgery due to Cancer. With Kim’s vast knowledge and experience this was a safe way to gain back my strength, plus help prevent past knee/ankle injuries recurring. In addition to doing Pilates with Kim, I have also been learning more about my own body and the correct placement/alignment when exercising. I am feeling stronger and getting more and more energy back and finding Pilates a great help. I would highly recommend Kim. She has a vast knowledge and teaches in a friendly and caring way. Fantastic experience: I had very good experience through 1:1 Plates session with Kim. She is very professional and knowledgable as Pilates instructor. The way she guides, was very clear. It was easy to follow her instructions what I do and how I move my body. The way she teaches is compassionate and thoughtful. She also encouraged me when some moves were a bit challenging. So I got to keep doing it;)

Fantastic experience: Kim is such a lovely person, you feel at ease and the session goes so fast. I really enjoyed my session and it felt so good after! It’s like it reactivated muscles and helping me use them better with everyday things and better posture too (especially with 2 little ones and 6 months postpartum). That night it felt like I had had a massage, my muscles felt THAT good! Thanks Kim!
