Fantastic experience: Katie’s classes have really helped me recover from injury and get back to my normal self! I am a massive gardener and 6 months ago I couldn’t do more than 20 mins without hideous pain for at least two days after. Last week I smashed 2 hours in the garden and I was back to normal. So happy to be stronger and out of pain after so long!

Fantastic experience: I had never considered taking Pilates classes until someone suggested it might help with my knee and lower back problems. I'm glad I gave it a try because attending 1:1 classes with Katie has been life-changing! I've been dealing with knee issues for a long time, and Katie customizes my sessions to address these concerns, preventing further injury while also strengthening the areas that need it most. Her knowledge, supportive teaching style, clear cues, and positive energy create a comfortable environment. Thanks to Katie, my knee and back problems have significantly improved. I highly recommend her classes to anyone seeking personalized Pilates instruction.
Fantastic experience: Katie's classes are just wonderful. I did years of mat classes while ny kids were young. I found great for all levels, as I grew stronger there were always exercises I could do. Foe the past year, my sister and I have been doing the 2-1 reformer classes at Katie's studio. I love them so much!! She is such a knowledgeable and fun teacher and can highly recommend her to anyone.
Fantastic experience: As a new comer to Pilates Katie's classes have been really good. Challenging, but not so much that I feel I can't keep up. She is very professional and really knows her exercises. There is a lot of variety as each week is a little different. I am really enjoying them, and hope I am getting a little stronger. :)
Fantastic experience: After a medical scare in April, I've only been allowed to slowly get back into exercise and it was recommended to first start with Pilates. I joined Katie's class over a month ago and the difference between the first class and now in my overall body strength is great. With her guidance I should be able to return to my previous sporting abilities soon. Thank you Katie!
Fantastic experience: I have been attending both 1:1 sessions and class sessions with Katie since March and she is absolutely amazing!! I always look forward to pilates with her and can feel the difference in my body since I started attending her classes. I recently had surgery that limited my movement during pilates but Katie has made such an effort to ensure I am comfortable and that my sessions are still fun and challenging. Katie is an amazing teacher with skills at teaching all levels, she is attentive, insightful and professional and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!
Fantastic experience: I love Katie’s classes. They really help me from getting stiff and achy, which I am prone to. The music and exercises are different each time, so never boring. Plus Katie offers alternative exercises if you want to work harder. A friendly group of people attend, so always someone to say hello to! I would go every day if I didn’t have to work!
Fantastic experience: I started 1:1 sessions with Katie when I was 10 weeks pregnant and am still seeing her 10 months postpartum. She took so much care through my whole journey and with her help I've managed to rebuild my core strength in a safe and supportive environment. Could not recommend her pilates enough!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Katie’s classes. My Back pain is significantly less since starting and continuing with her classes. I do not want to miss a class! Lovely friendly atmosphere . Always nice to walk into class. Katie offers alternative exercises during the classes if you want to challenge your body , and with that also always making sure you have the correct technique. My core strength, flexibility improved which is great! I would highly recommend Katie
Fantastic experience: Katie is very knowledgeable and always offers alternate exercises for different levels. She is extremely supportive and her classes are always fun. I’ve also had some 1-1 privately with Katie which was worth while and got me through my injuries and stronger than ever.
