Fantastic experience: Beauitful teachers, beautiful studio and the very best pilates, barre and reformer workout! You will drip with sweat and smile while doing it - these classes are one of my favourite parts of the week.

I cannot thank you enough for your warm support, expert guidance, and personalised programming which saw me recover from spine surgery (anterior discectomy with fusion) in less than six months!! Amazingly - I recently completed a five hour adventure race with zero post-race injuries and minimal recovery time. I truly believe that your care, encouragement, and incredible knowledge and experience is what enabled me to be physically and mentally prepared for this challenge. I would 100% recommend Tahlia and The Pilates Fix team for anyone looking to improve their physical and/or mental health - pre or post ANYTHING - injury, surgery, pregnancy - you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to The Pilates Fix for over a year consistently and it is now a complete necessity to my overall quality of life. I have seen such incredible changes - outside & in my body! Every instructor is amazing - super helpful and encouraging making it an environment where everyone is welcomed. The confidence that I have now is a level I didn’t think I would get to, and it’s thanks to this amazing place where I feel at home in any class I pop into. Fantastic experience: I started going to The Pilates Fix a few months ago after my physiotherapist said I needed to 'sort myself out' in her words to help prevent further injuries. My initial one on one appt covered my injury and life history, tested my flexibility and range of motion and I was given some options for appropriate classes all of which I tried. My history was made known to other instructors so they all knew my limitations and they walk the class to ensure form is maintained and exercises are completed correctly. Super professional team and friendly classes. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Pilates fix is a brilliant place to train regardless of your experience with Pilates and Yoga. The team immediately put you around ease and each class has enough challenge to work hard but not be intimidating. I love the reformer classes - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A lovely studio filled with lots of natural light. Tahlia and her team provide such well planned, varied and challenging classes. I always look forward to going to the studio and feel great after the classes. It is just a beautiful atmosphere to be in. There is a class here for everybody no matter your skill level.

Fantastic experience: This is genuinely one of my favourite places to come, almost like a second home, my week would be lost without the Pilates Fix. The instructors are so welcoming and warm, and the studio gets the best sunrises in Tauranga. I often leave yoga feeling like I’ve had a big hug the practise is so calming. I’ve been coming for almost a year, and my posture has improved so much that people ask me if I’ve grown (I stopped growing 15 years ago). If you’re looking for a studio to try, the pilates fix should definitely be at the top of your list!

They offer such a great variety of classes including yoga and mindfulness courses. The space is a slice of paradise where there is no judgement. Love, love, love getting my fix here. Fantastic experience: The team at Pilates fix are amazing! Before I started I had a 1:1 with Tahlia, we discussed health, previous injuries and what I wanted to get out of my Pilates classes.
