Reform Fitness Silverdale

Fantastic experience: I am an unfit plus size person who has never done Pilates before, I was very nervous about going to a Pilates studio but Reform Fitness Silverdale was amazing. I had Tess for my first session who was so nice, I told her I had never done Pilates before and she was happy to come show me how to use the reformer and ask any questions if needed. The class it's self was so nice, it had different levels of movements for different peoples levels meaning there was something tough for everyone in the beginner class. I was sore for 3 days after my first session. Tess was so helpful and so lovely, I met the owner after my session who was also so nice and motivating and I felt so welcomed in the studio! The studio its self was beautiful, spacious and easy to get to/ find. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Amazing !! The Best Pilates studio!! Awesome team that is always making you feel super welcome. You are guaranteed a good workout and will see/feel results and improvements quickly. App is super easy to use for bookings and they offer a wide range of times which is perfect.

Fantastic experience: YEARS of suffering from back pain gone after less than 6 months of coming to reform 2 x per week. I’m now over a year in and going. Pilates has changed my life. My body feels stronger than ever. The studio is clean and beautiful. Lots of warm friendly teachers and a great time table. I can’t recommend Reform Pilates Silverdale enough. The difference between Reform and Studio Pilates is that Reform has instructors leading the class where as Studio is taught from a pre recorded screen.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad a friend put me on to Reform Silverdale. It’s such a welcoming vibrant environment. The instructors are so knowledgeable and encouraging, they offer buildable exercises to suit your ability. Fab post partum support as well! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: f you're looking for a Pilates reformer class with a great community and excellent instructors, I highly recommend Reform Pilates Silverdale. The classes are fun and challenging, and the community vibe is fantastic. The instructors are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and I've seen an incredible transformation in my body since starting. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident. I’m in the best shape of my life in my mid 40s.

Fantastic experience: Love this Pilates studio! Best personalised classes from all the amazing instructors. I always leave feeling so strong physically and mentally. I highly recommend coming here! The atmosphere and energy in this place feels so good and all of the instructors are so welcoming and friendly I love how the classes are all different and they take care of you during your class to make sure you are doing the exercise properly.

I have never experienced such a warm, welcoming and down right incredible team of ladies before I truly look forward to my classes each week, which is something I’ve never experienced before with other forms of fitness. Fantastic experience: I was always so nervous to join Pilates as I felt I didn’t fit the “Mould”! But I rocked up put on my Pilates socks and smashed a class all because I felt so welcomed and supported! I have not stopped going since and that was the middle of last year! Even though I live in Albany I still drive up to Silverdale because I love the vibe! 10/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a bright, beautiful studio and well located. I love coming to Reform Silverdale. I’ve been practicing reformer Pilates for many years now, and I still find the classes at the Silverdale studio really challenging. When I’ve had injuries, the instructors have been able to provide modifications for me and I still get a great work out in. I especially love the Saturday morning classes to set my weekend up right!
