Studio Pilates International Newmarket

Fantastic experience: I always dread starting something new and reformer, in particular, because I was worried I'd make a fool of myself on the equipment - not knowing where to put my feet, hands etc. However, I've found Studio Pilates Newmarket SO FUN! I've attended over 3 weeks worth of classes now and I already feel like the work is paying off. The Orientation class was a great help in not feeling so anxious starting the official classes and the instructors are there to perfect your form and motivate you throughout. I've enjoyed it so much that I've even entered a 6 weeks reformer challenge - who would've thought! Really looking forward to seeing what my body is capable of!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this studio for a month and am loving it! The classes are really challenging but the instructors are supportive, there to help you and offer modifications. The studio itself is clean and modern. Would definitely recommend for beginners and seasoned pilates-goers!

Positive experience: Took a couple of classes to get used to the format but i’m now 10 classes deep and like it. It’s a faster pace than reformer classes i’ve done before, but instructors are on hand to provide corrections if you don’t get the movement quite right when following the screen. Worth trying if you like refromer classes.

Fantastic experience: Great studio with great instructors, I really appreciate the video demonstrations because even in a full class the instructor still has the capacity to ensuring you're executing the move well. And so convenient to book!

Fantastic experience: Very supportive instructors, since there is a video demonstrating the exercises we will be doing for the duration of the workout, instructors can take the time to approach each person in class to make those tiny form adjustments and get the most out of our workout. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely unfit as I have a torn tendon on my right shoulder and osteoarthritis in my fingers, knees and hip. I thought I would not be able to do any type of exercise. I had tried swimming and gym and that was just too painful. Reformer Pilates was my last hope. When I had my first lesson I was extremely weak. As I continue I can actually feel that I am getting stronger from every class. I have not looked back since I started. In just 40 mins you get a completely intense whole body workout. The instructors are on a different level of excellent. It’s like having a personal trainer. I recommend reformer Pilates to everyone that I meet.

Negative experience: Not gonna lie. I was struggling with some of the workouts, but instead of helping me, the teacher increased the resistance. I tried to explain that I had an injury and was unable to do that weight. But before I could finish, the coach rolled her eyes and walked away. 10/10 would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently a dental student and was advised by my tutor that pilates is good for my posture and prevent neck and back pain. But I was too scared to commit physically and financially, as it was not something that I could afford right away. I'm very glad that SP had that $60 for 6 classes promo, I was able to start the exercises that I needed! It made me feel good and confident in my own body. The instructors always checked on me to make sure I'm doing the movements correctly and safely, but never in a way that made me feel inferior. I'm really glad I started, and its now the routine that I always look forward to! :) <3

Positive experience: Since starting at Studio Pilates a month ago I have been very happy with the classes. The instructors are very friendly and helpful, asking at each session if you have any issues and correcting form as you do the exercises. It is helpful having the videos to watch how the exercises should be done. There are a large number of session times to choose and a wide range of participants from teenagers to septuagenarians, (me).

Fantastic experience: It is my first time doing reformer pilates and i was nervous. The staff have been very friendly, helpful and definitely very professional and know what they are doing. Although it is a class of a few people, they definitely don't miss out on guiding you to the correct position and posture. The environment is clean with huge windows along 2 sides of the wall, providing lots of light and a very comfortable environment.

Studio Pilates is well located, facilities and instructors are really good, it is easy to find parking at the Westfield Newmarket, with 2 hours free if you have the app on your mobile, at least it is on the mornings.

I have been going a few weeks now and am feeling the difference getting mor confidence and begining to even see a difference. Although it is quite pricy they have good specials. Fantastic experience: The Studio Pilates programme is designed extremely well, with a challenging workout, comfortable space and friendly staff. The workout routines are hard but manageable. The spacing-out of the studio is great, with visible monitors and clean reformers. The staff are always willing to help and check on you regularly to see how you are doing. They also correct your positions and help you have a better workout.

Fantastic experience: Good pain! This studio is all about professionalism when it comes to the setup, the classes and their amazing instructors. Our bodies need to be challenged to remain healthy and Studio Pilates offers the perfect environment when it comes to building and maintaining the body's strength, balance and general well-being - hard work but in a safe and friendly class, and with the feeling you're receiving a 1-on-1 session despite the size of the class.

Fantastic experience: I am a complete Pilates novice but am really enjoying my new classes. The instructors have been fabulous. The studios are immaculate and bright with lots of room. There’s lots of variety in terms of classes, so keeps every session interesting. I like that I can book in classes as I need throughout the day with options from early morning to evening. So lots of opportunity to fit Pilates in around my work schedule and squeeze classes in when I can. I would highly recommend Studio Pilates. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely adore this studio!!! I’ve been doing home workouts for years and I’m on my 7th Pilates class - can already see way toner results on my body and better posture. Instructors are super supportive as they’re around to adjust your posture during movements and push your resistance to tailor how much you can handle. I’ll be back for more classes

Fantastic experience: Studio Pilates in Newmarket are amazing! They always provide new challenging workouts that keep you motivated, to push yourself and do more classes! Very spacious studio with tv screens to help you view all the techniques throughout the workout in whatever position you may be in on the reformer. The instructors are awesome giving their expertise and tips if your technique or form is a little off as well as giving more motivation to push yourself throughout the workout making you feel accomplished at the end! 10/10 will keep attending more classes in the future!

The instructors are super friendly and amazing in helping you get the right technique and making sure you feel that burn.
