Fantastic experience: I grabbed the 6 classes for $60 deal to trial and I was hooked. Classes are awesome and can be adjusted to your abilities. Love the fast past so it really does feel like a workout. Has been so great for my mental health and everyone - staff and clients are all so friendly. Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Loving my classes with Studio Pilates International! I’ve just completed my first 6 classes and am enthusiastic about doing more! The class instructors are cheerful and welcoming, and although it was all new to me each of them was unfailing the their encouragement and support. The videos and instructions made following the exercises easy and when I had a dyslexic moment (doing things a bit back to front ) there was a helpful instructor to put me right. Muscles I haven’t used much in a while are waking up (ouch!) and I’ve noticed improvement in fitness, strength, and body shape.

I have noticed a big increase in my conditioning over the past two months since my first class. I highly recommend for anyone interested in trying a class for the first time, there as instruction classes that are hugely helpful. And for someone with Pilates experience Studio Pilates in Silverdale is a no-brainer. A perfect pre-work workout.

Fantastic experience: I started Pilates not knowing what it involved. My first orientation class was so welcoming which hooked me right in! Amplify challenge came around and I pushed myself to get through it! Aimee who I see in the 5:45am classes has been my absolute star throughout these past 6 weeks.
