Fantastic experience: Thanks to the wonderful team at Return to Form Ponsonby I was seen immediately for my Achilles' after struggling for 6 months and we discussed Shock wave treatment and asked me to get approval from my doctor because of my extensive list of medication’s I started treatment under Ruairi and had 4 treatments a week apart prior to leaving for Australia I have had a remarkable recovery and have been able to walk amazingly well considering that prior to the treatment I was struggling to walk without crutches Now I am walking really well for hours at a time The leg has noticeably improved Thanks so much for all your help and care Tony Peirce

Negative experience: Dear Return to From, please do not contact me to say you want this review down. Others might have had a better experience but mine was not. To anyone who would like to use this practice, my experience being that they are over-priced. The first session, which was quite costly, consisted of me answering a lengthy questionnaire for an hour—something that could have easily been done at home prior to the appointment. The customer service is poor, the claimed they sent me a reminder about an appointment, but they did not and had no proof of. They gave me conflicting messages about rescheduling a session and then chased me non-stop for 150$ cancellation fee, just in my second time visiting them. The made me feel like a cash flow into their business. I did try to resolve my issue with them, but they show no sympathy or empathy.

Initial Appointment: During your first session, the physiotherapist asked a series of questions to perform a comprehensive assessment, which is essential for understanding your condition and creating an effective treatment plan. This assessment is particularly crucial in some cases. Following the assessment, a personalised treatment plan was developed, and you were given education and advice to begin your recovery.2. Appointment Changes: You originally scheduled your follow-up appointment for 9:45 AM but later requested to change it to 12:00 PM. You arrived at 9:45 AM, for an appointment that had been rescheduled, so there was no physiotherapist available at that time. Additionally, 20 minutes before your rescheduled appointment at 12:00 PM, you called to cancel.3. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that our time and resources are utilised efficiently. The late cancellation fee was applied because the short notice did not allow us to offer the time slot to another patient who may have needed it.We strive to provide the highest level of care and service to all our patients. Your feedback helps us continue to refine our processes. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to reach out directly.
Negative experience: Not recommend this physio as they are not professionals. Staff is not friendly. I was charged a weird huge cancellation fee of missing an appointment for which I didn’t get any reminder from Retun to Form through text or email.

All patients are advised of the no show/cancellation fees when they book. We have these in place because we receive nothing from insurance companies or ACC if the patient does not attend, and we are not able to book another patient into that time slot without notice. For your 09/07/2024 appointment, you did not attend, and it was only when our physiotherapist reached out to you by phone that we were informed you would not be coming in. You were reminded of the no show fee You asked if Southern Cross can be charged for this missed appointment and we informed you that we cannot do that as you did not attend the appointment so a claim cannot be made. Patients are liable directly for this missed appointment fee. As a courtesy, we did NOT charge a no show fee on this occasion, and we rebooked you for another appointment. An automatic email confirmation was sent out.Regarding your second appointment, the cancellation was made with less than 24 hours' notice, which is why the cancellation fee was applied. We even added a 20% discount to this fee. We applied this fee because it was the second consecutive appointment you missed with little or no notice.Regarding your comment about not receiving a reminder, we send appointment confirmations and reminders to all patients via the contact information provided at the time of booking. We have checked our system and an email confirmation was sent automatically at the time of booking.At Return To Form, we strive to maintain a friendly and professional environment for all our patients. I regret that your interaction with our staff left you feeling otherwise. Fantastic experience: I had specialist physio sessions with Zee pre and post prostate cancer surgery. Zee is absolutely AMAZING - not only did the sessions help me to recover fully, but her care and positivity was something I looked forward to each session. She walked me through exercises and all the other steps needed, and kicked my backside when necessary. I can't thank Zee enough, and would HIGHLY recommend her. She really knows her stuff, has a great patient manner (and is very funny!) Thank you so much Zee!!

Fantastic experience: We know Zee Sharif from few years now. She was introduced by a one of our friend for my neck pain and since than there is no looking back. She is the perfect mix of a professional physiotherapist, acupuncturist and a friendly person. She is really good in explaining the problem in layman language. She fixed me in few sittings and after that I visit them occasionally for full body deep tissue massage and Kazuki has God gifted fingers for that. They also covered the part of my treatment through ACC. And now, any issues, our whole family goes to Zee only. Thank you Zee and the team!!!

Fantastic experience: I took a yoga for beginners class with Nisha and really enjoyed it. I had been expecting a lot of difficulty as I am not very flexible, but Nisha was patient and supportive and I got a lot out of the session. The small class format was comfortable. Will try again!

Fantastic experience: We went to return to form after my husband had a stem cell transplant and had lost so much weight he had lost all his muscle. His back was so sore he was on morphine After one session with zee his back felt better. Zee guided him through exercises and massage back to fitness. We can’t recommend the services enough. Fantastic experience: Brought my 9 month old baby in for body therapy with Stela. Months after his tongue tie release she caught some tension and worked through it with him. He was a wiggly little bug and cranky from a short nap but she handled him so nicely and he was very relaxed after his session. Stela's treatment was more thorough than another provider who treated him shortly after his tie release. Wish I'd found Stela sooner

Fantastic experience: from start to finish you are assured a warm personalized, thorough and safe physiotherapy experience at ReturnToForm Physio. While we are stuck at home doing lockdown and we miss the hands on aspect, the online appointments have been a wonderful boost in continuing my rehabilitation programme. i highly recommend Toni Wilks kind caring and professional approach

Fantastic experience: I had my first pilates session by video and it was great! My shoulder has been much better this week. It was so easy to use the phone and still do the session, and I didn't have to leave the house. Will definately do this again.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Zee for 7 months following prostate removal surgery on the recommendation of my urologist. Life has changed so much post surgery and thankfully Zee has made me normal again, something at times I thought was impossible. For me, the treatment that I have had from Zee has been the most crucial part of this whole episode and I highly recommend everyone in the same situation to seek her help pre and post operation. Fantastic experience: I had to undergo radiotherapy and could not lie comfortably in correct position because my shoulders were so painful. Zee at Return to Form gave me one session of massage which released my shoulders so I could lie comfortably on the bed. Now I am going for regular massage and exercise to improve my quality of life. Cancer is terrifying but Zee was sooo understanding and helpful. Return to Form offers varied treatments to help with rehabilitation. Wish I had known about this last year.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my 100% satisfaction with Zee and the operation at "Return to Form". From the quick precise work in reception to Zee and her first class work. After each session, I always walk away with a plan that seems to help me regain myself in a direction back to normal. Fantastic experience: Never been to a physio before, but this was the best decision i've ever made! Lots of great advice and hands on work. Michelle, especially, has worked wonders (and she's an absolute joy to spend an hour with) . Have been seeking treatment for issues i've had for years, (and newer ones) and have seen an insane amount of improvement in all of them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Negative experience: Had an hour app went into room at 7 mins past the hour and out 8 mins before the hour Only did examination .needles for 8 mins only !!! And showed me two exercises Nice people but not impressed by treatment
Hi JudyWe're sorry you didn't have a good experience at our clinic. It may be that our therapist could have explained the process better. At a client's first session, they need to fill in a form detailing their medical history and injury, prior to being seen by a therapist, which is what you would have done initially. The first session involves a thorough assessment which means we spend the time to gain the information from you. This allows us to make a diagnosis and formulate the best treatment for you and also to educate you on the problem and teach a home exercise programme. Spending time on diagnosis in the initial session is important to ensure we do identify the right treatment. Your medical notes also need to be written up within your appointment time. Follow up sessions don't have such lengthy assessments, if done correctly the first time. You can expect more treatment time in these sessions. Hopefully next time you have a better experience.RegardsZee
Fantastic experience: I came in to visit the nutritionist to help me get my diet and ailments under control. I was given very useful and easy to follow advice. Since I have changed to whole foods based diet and following instructions left by Nellie, I feel much healthier, better sleep, and better concentration while at work. I am now more productive while at work and the boss has noticed. Return to form has a full team of experts to help me with my health needs. Visiting here was worth the time and most of all, money. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Zee for over two years now, not only is she professional, but very caring. My acupuncture has totally fixed my neck and shoulders and relieved much stress and pressure. I always look forward to my treatments, and have been known to zone out so much I wake myself up snoring! I really rate Zee and the team at Return to Form. You would be an idiot not to try!
