Fantastic experience: Fabulous thinker's fitness personal trainer. As a pilates person getting back into resistance training, I wanted someone who knows and understands women-specific training. Laura listens, communicates, and connects well with her clients, helping us achieve our individual goals. She appropriately modifies the training plan when unexpected body niggles happen so I can still safely progress and improve my strength and fitness. I am really pleased to be working with her.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Laura highly enough. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and puts together well thought out tailored programmes for whatever goal you have in mind, but she’s also a super fun person to spend a session with :)
Fantastic experience: I've been working out with Laura for about a year now and she has been amazing! She's very knowledgeable and it's helpful for me to talk through the science behind the workouts not just go through the motions. She's also teaching me a lot about nutrition. She's motivating and encouraging but also pragmatic and understanding when it comes to fitting in nutrition and exercise around the other work/family/life demands people have. She has got me lifting weights I didn't think I would be capable of :)

Fantastic experience: Laura is an absolutely fantastic trainer. She has a kind and thoughtful approach, taking into account past injuries and issues that I had faced. I made huge progress in my strength and fitness while training with her. Every session was super fun, as she varied the exercises and swapped out ones I didn't enjoy for ones that suited me better. The sessions also flew by as Laura is great to chat to. I also did nutrition coaching with Laura and it was incredibly helpful to learn more about what I needed in terms of protein and energy, as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder in the past. I would 100% recommend Laura to anyone looking to improve their fitness and health, especially women, and would certainly train with her again in future.

Fantastic experience: Laura is an amazing coach supporting all aspects of someones goals and progression. She doesn't just focus on the training plan but makes sure it fits around busy lives and goals outside fitness too. As an ultra runner/endurance athlete, its really important that my strength training complements my other training and puts me in the best position possible to get the most out of my running. Laura constantly adapts her coaching style to work with my goals and my other training and racing commitments. Since starting work with Laura I've seen nothing but progression reaching PBs, placing strongly at races, and now I'm tackling projects bigger than I've ever dared to dream. I strongly recommend reaching out to Laura to get support for your fitness goals whatever level they may be.

Fantastic experience: I'm really grateful to have Laura as my PT. I have accrued multiple injuries over the years and was getting really frustrated with re-injuring myself while trying to train up for a major competition. Training with Laura has given me a peace of mind as she helps to manage those injuries for me while building my stability, mobility, and strength. It's been super encouraging to slowly learn that I can start to trust my ankle again, and others have commented on how my stability and power has noticeably increased in the last 3 months that I've started training with her. Thank you, Laura! Your cheerful encouragement and care has been a great source of strength and means heaps to me!

Fantastic experience: Laura is very knowledgeable! She is helping me with my rehab from tearing my patellars on both knees. She has done nothing less than a top job with helping me get stronger and more mobility over the short time we have worked with each other. I can't recommend her enough!!
