Fantastic experience: Have done multiple sessions with nish, as a 30 + coming off ankle reconstruction and multiple knee injuries, he took the time to understand my fitness goals and my journey. Didn’t try push exercises I didn’t like/felt uncomfortable on, instead focused our sessions on current ability with end goal in mind.
