Fantastic experience: Energised fitness offers the ultimate postnatal program. It’s full of education about postpartum recovery, health, nutrition and well being and progressive exercises to strengthen your core and pelvic floor to be able to achieve your fitness and exercise goals. The easy to use app makes this program accessible anywhere, anytime which is incredibly helpful with a new baby. It is brimming with information about your pelvic floor which otherwise may not be talked about or not easy accessible in detail. It includes stretch and mobility sessions to alleviate any aches and pains from baby cuddles and feeding and to improve posture. Each week has a range of activities including a habit for the week, and three different workouts focusing on core, strength and cardio. At 20-30 minute the workouts are really achievable to fit in to busy life several times per week. Your trainer Jo is also a Mum making sessions very relatable and providing different level options for those at varying stages of recovery. The energised program has been a game changer for me when I used it after both my pregnancies to enable my body to recover and return to pre-pregnancy sport and fitness including running which I love. I 100% recommend this to all new Mums.
Fantastic experience: During my fourth pregnancy, I came to Jo to minimise damage to my abdominal muscles. She is really knowledgeable and ensures you are doing the correct exercise for your body. I am a completely unco-ordinated human, but Jo has been really patient with me and really took the time to ensure my breathing and technique was correct so I could get the best out of my workout with her. I also really enjoyed the variety she always provided and can’t thank her enough for her flexibility. After baby we really had to work on my pelvic floors, this can be an uncomfortable subject for some, but Jo really has such a friendly, no fuss personality, and I felt really comfortable talking to her about my body and it’s particular needs. I highly recommend Jo during and after pregnancy, purely to ensure your body can be at its best during and post baby.
Fantastic experience: A beautiful & super professional family promoting healthy living! I was weighing 83kg when I started my sessions with Regan. Today, after 2.5 months, I'm down to 72kg!!! I was never a fan of working out at a gym on my own, and am on a budget, so twice a week is very affordable and has given me excellent results. I am finally truly happy with myself again!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Regan twice a week for the past 6 months. I was previously going to a gym, following online tips / advice, and doing my own thing; however, I was not satisfied with the results I was seeing for my efforts. I sat down with Regan during my consultation period and discussed what I was currently doing in the gym, the food I was eating and what my goals were. The workouts are fantastic. Regan always mixes up the workouts so I never know what to expect. He always pushes me to my limits and gets that extra rep out of me that I do not think I have. I injured my wrist and shoulder playing hockey and Regan was able to tailor the workouts around these injuries for a few weeks during recovery. Regan is a great trainer with a huge amount of knowledge in all areas. He has educated me hugely around foods, diet, and the right times to eat to help me achieve my specific goals. I am seeing great results. I would highly recommend Regan as a trainer!
Fantastic experience: Awesome trainer extremely knowledgeable and after making me understand the benefits of efforts versus results I started a low carb diet with time restricted eating training Twice a week have managed to lose 25kgs, feeling amazing no more pies . Regan pushes me to my limits maximising each session with variety each time . I highly recommend Regan to anyone willing to put the effort in to gaining great results.
