Fantastic experience: Sophie is patient, knowledgeable, encouraging as well as being affordable and always makes herself available. I've thoroughly enjoyed my online coaching with her, the app True Coach makes the training really easy to follow and Sophie uploads videos to assist. I've also made a lot of progress and am lifting the heaviest I ever have! Highly recommend Sophie!
