Private Personal Training Studio in the heart of New Market. Over the past 15 years I have earned extensive experience within the fitness industry working in some of the world’s most fast paced and demanding cities, highlighted by 8 years playing and coaching various rugby teams and 10 years international personal trainer experience. An energetic, hardworking and devoted trainer with excellent knowledge of up to date training principles, I take great pride in seeing that my clients not only reach their personal goals, but exceed them.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is the best personal trainer anyone could ask for. He understood my goals very well and was as motivated as I was to achieve them. It was truly a team effort. He set up a training plan that allowed me to make significant progress week after week and to be proud of myself. He pushed me to give my best and to believe in my potential. He is also very flexible, and I appreciated how he sometimes adapted our session when my energy level was low. His encouragement and positive attitude were driving forces, and I never missed a session. It has been very rewarding to see my progress, thank you Ryan :)

Fantastic experience: As a 50+ mother of four and the myriad of “issues” that goes with that. I can honestly say that Ryan is one of, if not the best, personal trainer I have been lucky enough to train with. Ryan is really passionate and professional about what he does. His workouts were carefully personalised to suit my needs and ability. I saw and felt the improvements in my strength and flexibility. Ryan balances his high expectations with a great mix of humour and expertise. He always pushed me to ensure I got the full benefit of the workout, but is highly knowledgeable and vigilant with his clients, and is able to note when to adapt a workout if necessary and offer rehab solutions that work. I loved my workouts and made real progress under Ryan’s dedicated guidance, care and relentless enthusiasm. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Ryan Campbell is an excellent trainer. He is extremely approachable and has in depth knowledge on all facets of strength and conditioning training making him able to work with any type of client. He is able to tailor training programs to meet a client’s specific goals and also has a sound understanding of nutrition which goes hand in hand with training. Fantastic experience: Ryan is one of the best / most highly qualified trainers I have ever worked with. His knowledge and passion for the human body and physical performance is genuinely 2nd to none in Auckland. No Matter what your goals are in the fitness industry he's got you covered - power lifting , body building , improving fitness, losing fat , mobility , rehab or movement. For me I sit at a desk all day and drink too many beers , he's done amazing things with my posture and building solid foundations through stretching a mobility exercises. Now we are into some really good weights and the results are happening fast. It's an approach that's been lacking in other personal trainers I've worked with in Auckland and i'm stoked to have found him in a handy Newmarket Stdio with free parking next door. Very good guy and great to chat to about his wild adventures abroad highly recommend to anyone at any level of fitness

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Ryan for 2 1/2 years here in Hong Kong. I started with Ryan to help add some longevity to a knee reconstruction I had done 30 years ago. Time is chewing my knee to pieces, strength training has halted the damage. Ryan's training has brought my overall strength back to levels I had in my early 30's, I'm 58 now. It's a great feeling doing chin-ups with 10kg strapped round my waist, doing 100 push-ups on demand, deadlifting 120kg for multiple sets of 10 and getting back to benching some solid numbers as well. But the biggest gain has been in my general mobility which has benefited from Ryan's insistence that I stretch and stretch and if I have 5 minutes at home with nothing to do stretch again. The combo of stretching and strength training means I'm more agile, I'm strong and I enjoy life a lot more. Ryan's training methods are fun, incorporate an ever changing array of exercises to keep you motivated and your body guessing what comes next and my results prove his methods work. Thanks Ryan. I'm looking forward to training together again when I return to NZ from Hong Kong early next year. Col.....

Fantastic experience: I trained with Ryan in Hong Kong for over 7 years, with a few breaks here and there and if he was still here, he'd still be my trainer! Not only is he super knowledgeable and professional, he's also extremely motivating and versatile. Over the years, he's helped me get stronger and fitter, come back from injury (the injuries not being caused by his work!), taught me fun stuff like skin-the-cat, hand-stands and archer pull-ups, he's made me love the sled and got me strong enough to run my first 45 km trail run. Working with him gave me RESULTS and not the least important, I always had fun!! I just wish he was still here!!!!
