Fantastic experience: Sarah has been very helpful to support me build my own healthy life style from the perspective of exercise and diet routines. I can't meet her in person time to time, online sessions actually work perfectly to me as well. She is a great PT (ever!) with fantastic knowledge to guide you how to customise diet that suits you better. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is great! Sarah is very considerate and did put me at ease right away. For someone like me that is not used to go to the gym and felt shy about exercises Sarah is excellent. Sarah’s studio set up is great, spotless clean and with the most modern equipment. Sarah puts thoughts into the exercises and adapts them to what suits best. I’d definitely recommend Sarah to anyone who wants to improve their personal fitness.
Fantastic experience: Sarah is so passionate about what she does. She is naturally inspiring, has such a positive outlook on life and always sees the best in her clients. Her expertise in the fitness industry is top notch and you definitely see changes and see progress when training with Sarah. Couldn't recommend her enough. I lost 10 kilos training/running with her and it is the best I ever felt.
Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the service I received from Sarah. I wanted a nutritional plan to help deal with bloating and low energy levels in the afternoon. She listened to my needs and created a simple but manageable spreadsheet with ingredient suggestions, meal tips, and prep ideas. She has an understanding and can-do attitude. I noticed a huge difference within 6-8 weeks. I love that she makes you accountable by checking in with you once-a-week too. This is often where most people lose track. I have no problem recommending her to others. This was my first experience with a nutritionist, and I'm glad to say it was very positive. Thanks, Sarah for helping me eliminate bloating and restore my energy levels.
Fantastic experience: Sarah is AMAZING!!! I’ve been seeing her twice a week for the last six months for personal training. Sarah’s sessions are fun, engaging, and motivating. I finish each session feeling like Super Woman. One of the reasons that I rate Sarah so highly is her knowledge of anatomy/physiology. I feel confident that she can challenge me and keep me moving towards my goals, but in a way that doesn’t break me and respects the limitations of my body (and mind). I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to anyone wanting to improve their fitness or recover post-injury. Thanks Sarah, you are awesome!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Sarah since June 2022. She has been amazing in supporting me on my journey recovering from an ACL tear. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and an array of exercises that cater to the individual needs. Especially with my injury, Sarah was able to provide me reassurance that it will get better and enabled me to make steady progression on a return back to sports. I am very gracious for Sarah’s support - now 7 months post op, I have never felt stronger and fitter in my life. Training with Sarah has made a huge improvement to my quality of life and overall well-being! Sarah’s ability to make clients feel comfortable within the space of her home gym is very admirable and I would recommend Sarah to anybody who is wanting to train or has fitness goals they would like to achieve, Sarah will help you accomplish that!
Fantastic experience: I'd just like to share that I've been training for many years but always struggled with my nutrition. It was not uncommon for me to visit McDonald's 3 times a day. Sarah made me aware that you can't out train a bad diet . In the initial consultation i found her to be a really good listener. She worked with me to formulate a realistic food plan which enabled me to lose 12.1 kgs in under two months. I have been gladly referring Sarah to my friends and family as the results speak for them selves. All the best James
Fantastic experience: Sarah is a great trainer - she's very knowledgeable and empathetic and pushes me and my limits to keep progressing, without ever making me feel overwhelmed or defeated. She always explains everything we're doing clearly and tailors what we do each session to changing needs - eg. to accommodate niggling old injuries or to loosen very tight muscles. And being able to train from home is a godsend. I would not be able to train this regularly if I had to commute to sessions. I'm so much stronger and fitter since I started training with Sarah six months ago, especially my core. I look forward to training with Sarah for a long time to come!
Fantastic experience: Sarah is such a great PT to work with and her private space is set up with everything you need. She has the skills to be able to help you work through any issues you might have, as well as being super supportive in helping you reach your goals. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful personal trainer - I have always been very nervous about going to the gym as a fat woman but Sarah's knowledge, patience, empathy and passion have helped me get so much stronger than I had ever thought possible. She has always encouraged me to push my limits but I've never been in a situation where she has made me do something I genuinely couldn't do which was a huge fear for me when I first started training. I would recommend Sarah to absolutely anyone and I'm very excited to keep training with her ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Sarah two days a week for the past 8 months to help me recover from nagging hip and back injuries and to build my core strength and overall fitness. I've fully recovered from the injuries and my body is feeling stronger than ever, which makes a huge difference in my quality of life. The ability to train with Sarah from home provides the flexibility I need to fit my training into my work day. I look forward to working with Sarah for years to come.
