Fantastic experience: Very satisfy everything was perfect
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Tanya highly enough! When I started my journey with her, I was recovering from cancer and had little to no fitness or muscle. Tanya not only guided me through each exercise with incredible knowledge and precision but also taught me so much about nutrition. Her support and encouragement made every session enjoyable and motivating. Thanks to her personalised approach, I’ve gone from feeling weak to becoming strong, healthy, and fit, and have also lost over 12kg! Her dedication and expertise have been nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares and delivers results, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Although my time was short with Tanya and Kudzai, I managed to improve so much. Thanks to the girls, I gained so much confidence in the gym and I found my own inner strength. I went from barely being in the gym to attending the gym 5 times a week. I hated upper body work out days and now it's become one of my favorite days ! It's been the best experience and I've even started to tone down and gain muscle. Super grateful for the time and effort the girls have put in with me ❤️
Fantastic experience: I started my personal training journey at the gym completely clueless about fitness and with some pretty bad eating habits. Tanya turned things around for me by emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition, especially highlighting the significance of incorporating enough protein into my diet. Her consistent weekly check-ins kept me motivated and accountable throughout the process. Under Kudzai's joyful and motivational guidance, I not only gained significant strength and confidence but also experienced positive changes in my overall health. I now fit into clothes I never thought I would and have noticed a substantial increase in stamina. What's even more remarkable is the improvement in my immune system – a notable change, given my usual susceptibility to illness in the summer. In addition to these physical transformations, Tanya and Kudzai have played a pivotal role in improving my posture and form. Fantastic experience: Tanya is a lovable little pocket rocket that will motivate you and kick your butt into shape! Some days it didn't even feel like a workout but therapy. She's an incredible PT and worth every penny ♡

Fantastic experience: I had never stepped into a gym, didn’t know left from right on the weights or machines. Now 6 months later, its a regular and important part of my day and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. Tanz is patient, responsive, encouraging, always a good yarn, adaptive, passionate, and knowledgeable. She has helped me regain movement and flexibility, and discover a strength - both physical and mental - that I didn’t know I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better PT in my corner!”

Fantastic experience: Tanya is amazing, she’s helped me through my journey of knowing what and how to use the machines to be able to work out different parts of my body. Fantastic experience: I loved every moment of my experience, even though I was sometimes walking out in jelly legs and unable to lift my arms. Tanya is an amazing coach that pushes you beyond your limit but whilst making you feel amazing about yourself. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had two sessions with Tanya at the beginning of my gym membership and I was very happy with the exercises she gave me, the level that she assessed me at (correctly) and the follow up detail that she gave me when I needed refreshing

Fantastic experience: Tanya has been absolutely amazing and i have had noting but positive experience. She is patient and tailors our sessions so well. She has so much knowledge and i can see her passion in each session. Thank you tanya for making my first PT experience so great. I was not confident to use equipments at the gym and you’ve helped give that confidence.
Fantastic experience: Tanya is an amazing trainer and has already helped me so much in achieving my goals and in building my confidence! I started with her a few months ago and have already seen improvements in my strength and endurance and she's helped me fall in love with staying active! She knows just when to push and explains why we're doing a certain exercise, what it works out and how it benefits the body or helps achieve my goal. Super friendly and always willing to answer any questions I throw her way!
Fantastic experience: I love working with Tanya. Our PT sessions are always varied and interesting, not to mention challenging - but in all the right ways. I appreciate how Tanya will push me to keep trying (I am continually surprised by what my body can actually do which my brain had been adamant I could not) but also quickly recognises when there's stuff this 40-something year old can't do, and adapts the workout to match my capabilities. Plus she's a caring, positive and supportive coach and endlessly encouraging with friendly, upbeat words. I'm proud of the progress I've made training twice a week with Tanya and I can't recommend her enough!
