Fantastic experience: I assumed after 3 children that a weak pelvic floor was something I would just have to live with so I was extremely grateful for the resources and knowledge provided by Jo. Her post baby recovery program was easy to follow, with a natural flow of steps to build strength and routine in the exercises. So much better than the usual kegel exercise suggestions. It was nice to be heard and understood by a trained health professional.

Fantastic experience: Jo is an amazing trainer. I’ve been training with Jo for over four years because of her motivation, advice and specialist understanding of women’s fitness, mobility and prehab/rehab. I’ve been through both her pregnancy and post-natal recovery programmes and couldn’t recommend them more! I use her online programmes as well as having one on ones (which help hold me to account to regularly exercise!). Jo also took me through birth prep, which along with the fitness and mobility we worked on throughout my pregnancy helped me have a great birth experience. I started training with Jo as part of her Ladies Bootcamp and found them fun, challenging and always different. I look forward to my training with Jo and would recommend her to anyone, regardless of your current fitness level. Jo is the nicest person who genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to continually come up with new training ideas and ways to motivate me.
Fantastic experience: I found Jo after my 3rd baby and wowzers I didn't know how much I needed help until she helped me! Jo has a huge amount of knowledge how to treat women with their postpartum journey back into feeling themselves! Jo has made awesome videos which include using your baby's or toddlers as she knows the daily struggles getting exercise in with Littles running round. Highly recommend seeing Jo after birth!! Fantastic experience: Jo is absolutely amazing after having my children both within 2 years, jo has been such an incredible support helping me to work on myself so I feel comfortable and not so self conscious she has listened to everything I would like to achieve and so happy with the progress so far. I highly recommend jo if you are just wanting to feel amazing within yourself again.
