Fantastic experience: I dont normally write reviews, but Pich fully deserves one. She is the best trainer I have worked with. Originally recommended to me by my female osteopath, whom she had trained in a competitive body building context. I had lost weight and was seeking muscle definition. 1 hour, once a week with multifunctional weights and body weight exercises saw quick results.. Pich really knows her stuff. At age 49, I have never felt or looked as good body-wise.
Fantastic experience: I trained with Pich for about a year and she has been wonderful to train with. She is very professional, caring, accommodating and supportive. I have a few old shoulder and back chronic pain and she even bought a massage machine to help me recover along with her workout plan. It worked out well and better than the clinic physiotherapist. She offers you all sorts of knowledge from eating plans, workout schedules, protein products (she will give you her discount voucher if you buy them online), and all professional advice others would charge you for but get from her all free. I had to relocate to Waikato for a new job so had to finish with her. Miss her all the time when I’m in the gym. Try a session with her you will know what I mean the best of the best. Fantastic experience: In the midst of a challenging life chapter, I stumbled upon Pich, the energetic, bubbly and inspiring trainer I needed. I was running a marathon in darkness, and Pich turned on the light with her sparkling personality, turning life's lemons into dumbbells. Pich's expertise in everything muscle, fitness, nutrition and technique is really impressive, she really is a fitness encyclopedi! Beyond physical fitness, Pich transformed my gloomy hours into sessions filled with sweat, laughter, and progress. She was what I needed to turn my mind and body of Jellow into steel! Fantastic experience: Pich's workouts are always tough but enjoyable because there's plenty of variety and it's never boring. She's helped me with my technique, and provided me with a meal plan to help me achieve my fitness goals. I'm still a working progress, but thanks to Pich I feel a lot stronger and confident now.

Fantastic experience: Pich was my personal trainer for an year. We did strength and HIIT workout. I highly recommend Pich for strength and HIIT workout as she has lot of experience and knowledge. Every session with her was a difference experience as she brought new types of workout that helped me reach my goals. Not just the workout but Pich also helped me on my diet plan that showed me the result faster. Highly recommend Pich PT
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Pich for about 3 years now and it's been great. I've just turned 51 and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. I'm fit and toned and getting better all the time. If there's a specific thing I want to work on she's on to it. She makes my workouts interesting and challenging every time and I work harder that I would just on my own. I can't recommend Pich highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Pich can simply be described as the 'bees knees'. She is filled with positive energy, has a "never say can't" mantra and always has a smile on her. Pich has been there from the start of my gym journey. When I started with her, I had all the gear but was terrified of the gym. She really helped me get past my phobia and understands the goals I have for the gym. She tailors programmes towards your goals and doesn't take a cookie cutter approach. She really is rather fabulous and I don't know what I would have done without her kicking my now peachy bum into high gear!

Fantastic experience: I got in contact with Pich just about two years ago, after making the decision to get serious about my fitness/lifestyle goals. Little did I know that she actually trained a colleague of mine at the same time also. From day 1, she truly listened to what I wanted to get out of this journey and devoted time and attention to understand my eating habits, workout habits, strengths, weaknesses, food likes, food dislikes etc... With that insight, she worked hard to develop a nutrition/workout plan that catered to ME and MY body and goals. No cookie cutter plan BS. Whilst training with her, she pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of; physically and mentally. I most admire her professionalism and realistic approach to fitness and nutrition. She's not afraid to tell it to you how it is which I loved, as a lot of trainers tend to sugarcoat the facts. She worked with me (and still does to this day) to help correct my weak points and strengthen them. I couldn't recommend her personal training services enough. I walked in wanting physical changes but gained so much more than that as a result of having Pich encourage me as a trainer and eventually as a friend. You can expect some quality banter from her too so you're getting more for what you pay for really.

Fantastic experience: I love training with Pich and I ve been training with her for a couple of years now. I cant express my thankfulness more, towards the role her training has played in my life. Honeymoon and wedding, pregnancy, and postnatal, I have been her student in all my memorable moments in life because I fully trust that she can give me the result I desire in each different stage. Fantastic experience: Pich is absolutely amazing!! I started off a complete newbie at the gym and I was super intimidated by what was going on around me, and if it weren't for Pich, my gym membership wouldn't have seen a second week. The PT sessions are equal parts of fun and challenging, and I lost weight and toned up pretty well in just three weeks under her sessions. Pich always brings such a vibrant energy and a stellar sense of humour and man does she know her stuff! As well as that, she is really encouraging and does the best job at helping you out of your comfort zone. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love Pich! She's my weekly source of positivity and has been for years. She looks at the bigger scale of what you want to achieve and sets realistic goals to help you achieve yours in 1-1 sessions or gets you pumped and sweaty with fun activities in bootcamp. Whether you're training for something specific or just want to stay fit, Pich is always on hand with a can do attitude, can't is not in her vocabulary! I however can't recommend her enough :) ;).

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pich, she is knowledgeable, stays on top of new nutrition and exercise information coming out and will apply it to training sessions. Pich pays close attention to exercise form and specific individual limitations ensuring that we get the most out of every session. Since I started with Pich a few months ago, I have noticed improved strength and cardio fitness, and her motivation for me to keep pushing myself keeps me progressing!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Pich highly enough. I’ve been training with her for several years now, which as a former gym denier speaks to just how enjoyable and effective a professional she is. Her years of experience mean she knows exactly what she’s doing. She is approachable and non-judgemental in helping you achieve your fitness goals. I feel utterly safe in her hands - in all our years of training she has never broken me (which is not to say that sometimes I don’t feel it the next day). Pich is, in my opinion, the perfect trainer.
