Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique. We teach children from 6 and up years old. introduce your child to a proven and tested Martial Art self defense system. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Class times are Tuesday 4:00pm to 4:50pm Junior's Tuesday 5:00pm to 6:00pm Senior's Saturday 9:00am to 9:45pm Junior's Saturday 10:00am to 11:30am Senior's
