Our expert instructors, led by Chief Instructor Theuns Verwoerd Laoshi, are committed to providing personalized training that caters to your individual goals. Classes are held weekly, making it convenient to fit training into your busy schedule. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 PM to 7:15 PM for Tai Chi, followed by Kung Fu from 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM.
