The gym is always spotless, and the equipment is in great condition, Jayden’s friendly demeanor and commitment to health and fitness truly shows. Jetts is lucky to have him leading the team! Fantastic experience: Awesome all around gym with something for everyone. I love this gym. The man running it really makes you feel welcome. They have full spread of quality free-weights, machines, cardio equipment, stretching area, and even two heavy bags! I like to switch up my workout a lot and I absolutely adore having the option between a heavy and middle weight hanging punching bag. Definitely recommend this gym. The vending machine even has a sweet selection of supplement drinks/snacks.

Negative experience: Used to be good but now it has just gone down hill bathrooms are filthy . Some equipment are broken for weeks as well . Also some fat chick that works at Burger King spends 2 hours in shower every morning so hard to get a shower in the morning after work out . Gang members being there 10 year to 15 year that play on machines . Otherwise Jason is great

Positive experience: Good gym if you want to workout somewhere that's pretty low key and quiet. Equipments not too bad, could do with a few more pieces. Not often staffed so may not be for you if you require assistance while your there. Parking is limited outside of the gym and costs between the hours of 8-5, Monday to Friday.

Fantastic experience: Great service and machines well kept, very chill atmosphere with people welcoming casual chitchat so definitely throw around a friendly hello!
Negative experience: My experience at Jetts when I first signed up was unmatched, top notch service. However, since the traffic light system has been implemented their customer service experience has been a degrading one. I am currently running/paying for 3 different memberships and Jetts is aware of this. I have been trying diligently to contact the team at Jetts whether it be through email/0800 number and even going in to the branch several times to put accounts on hold until the other two members and I are double vaxed. First off, the 0800 number is completely useless as they hang up on you after waiting 20mins on the line awaiting your turn in the queue. Secondly they do not reply to my emails despite me sending off up to 20 individual emails all up, requesting they put a hold on my memberships until we're all vaccinated. I have been getting charged for several months now for memberships that I have been trying to put on hold during this time and since last week I have been charged for 4 accounts for reasons unknown!! I feel like I've been scammed. Need this issue resolved :/

Positive experience: Gyming at Jetts Porirua suits me just fine, friendly staff.. BUT.. you need more cleansing equipment onsite. You use to provide paper towels and disinfectant situated at different locations of the gym.... almost every visit this year I've noticed that there is a shortage or there is absolutely nothing made available for users. It'll be nice if this could be monitored daily especially during this era of covid. Cheers.
