Fantastic experience: Dropped in while on vacation. The coach and members couldn’t have been more welcoming. The coach was very encouraging and made sure we were comfortable with all the movements. Some of the members invited us out for coffee with them afterwards and gave us great suggestions for the rest of our travels. Cheers from Canada :D

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few as a travel nurse moving to a new city every 3-6months for the last 10 years. The set-up is amazing, there is plenty of equipment as well as pull up bars…no waiting in line for a spot to free up mid-workout. Super friendly coaches and members. Great programming, classes are organized and efficient. Can’t really say enough good things about this place!

After researching BFT, Maia Crossfit, and CrossFit Central Wellington, I found CrossFit Central Wellington to be the best choice due to its exceptional customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and other key factors. Owner Brian warmly welcomed me for a free workout and even remembered my name before we met, which truly impressed me. After two trial classes, I officially joined and started training from the basics. The inclusive environment and skilled, patient coaches make learning seamless. Fantastic experience: One of the most welcoming CrossFit gyms I've ever visited! I've been solo travelling for a month and spent a week in Wellington, I instantaneously felt welcomed by each member and coach. I watched their annual competition in awe and felt inspired by everyone getting after it! I met some wonderfully kind people and felt right at home while being on the other side of the world. What a community they have built! I encourage anyone to go visit and if you live locally join this exceptional community and perfectly thought-out workouts.

Fantastic experience: I was staying in Wellington for a few days and the staff were extremely accommodating, letting me come in and train a couple of times during my holiday. This is a fantastic gym. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the gym is spacious and well-equipped, and every single person I met was down to earth and lovely. My only regret is not going more times! I will be back!!
