Fantastic experience: I’ve really been enjoying my time at snap fitness at lunn ave.The facilities are clean, well-organised, and equipped with everything I need for a good workout. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I never feel uncomfortable using the equipment or asking for help. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to give guidance when needed. I also appreciate that the gym is open at convenient hours, making it easy to fit training around my schedule. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and feel motivated each time I come in. I would definitely recommend snap fitness lunn ave to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable place to train.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to the country/city and wanted to find a gym close by. The second I walked into Lunn Ave Snap Fitness I signed up. The location is great, it’s not too busy and I’m never waiting for machines when I’m there, there is tons of free parking. Overall great vibe and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at SNAP Lynn ave after only ever being a member at Les Mills. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities are tidy and the equipment has everything you need as well as a seperate space to warmup/cool down which I love, and it's not overcrowded. Negative experience: Read heaps of complaints about the cancellation forms and i have the same problem, ive informed them about me and my husbands membership cancellation because we’ve moved out of the country and even tho we’ve completed and sent out cancellation forms they still charge us.

Negative experience: CAUTION! This gym is running some kind of scam operation. Despite never have been a member at any snap fitness or even enquired at any snap fitness, I have been contacted twice in the past six months from this gym asking to update my payment to continue my membership. Voicemails have been left mentioning my name, however when calling back they say they have no record of a Jess and despite having called straight back said they never called or left me a voicemail. Very rude lady Brenda on the phone leaving these voicemails, and acts like she has no idea what I’m talking about when I call back. Has happened twice in the past six months despite having asked for my contact details to be removed. I get wrong numbers happen but not having my name and number and then claiming to never contacted me. Very shady think they are hoping to catch someone off guard. BEWARE

Negative experience: Rude staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we were standing at the door waiting for them to come over and give us a membership. We got someone to ask them to come over and serve us but they ignored them and continued to workout so we just left and haven’t come back since.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with service experience after a couple of visits. I’m in Auckland to visit family over the holidays and my teenage son wanted to join a local gym whilst we’re here. I phoned Steve from Sydney at beginning of December and he said we could have a monthly membership. My son was super excited. Checked website for staffed hours and closures over Christmas. Rocked up on Boxing Day - people using the gym and spoke to Steve. He told me it was closed and I would have to come back 2 days later when it was staffed. He remembered speaking to me but I guess even when you’re the owner rules are rules. Turned up 2 days later and was told by a member at the locked door that staff member wouldn’t come and talk to me because staffed hours finish at 2pm. Even though website says 9pm. Wow if only I’d turned up 45mins earlier or once again how lovely would it have been to have a wow customer service moment when someone actually comes to talk to you. I’m only in the country 2 weeks and really disappointed as is my 14 year old. It’s not the Kiwi way I remember.

Fantastic experience: Not much of a reviewer, but thought I would share. 9-10 months ago I joined Snap through the Lunn ave team after being in the country for only a week and I was instantly met with a kind and accomodating team who signed me up and got me into training straight away. During this period I had been the most consistent I had been in fitness in my life. I also began training with Brenda (Snap Fitness Personal Trainer) and was supported and was able to get fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Unfortunately, I had to fly back home unexpectedly and have had to cancel. I was able to cancel quickly with Steve and finish my 30day notice period. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for one, you can expect to be met with a friendly support staff. I intend to keep up the momentum now that I am in my home country with all the training learnt from Brenda. Just need to stay motivated!

Fantastic experience: Started training here in high school, spent a year down south and came back. Clean, fun, knowledgable staff and not busy. Hands down the best gym I have been too and don't expect to change anytime soon!

Perfect for our teen girls and we felt safe sending them to workout here. Steve and his staff are super welcoming and friendly, if you're on the fence, do it and sign up, you won't regret it!

Negative experience: No major issues with the gym except it is a bit small. However, once trying to cancel the membership, you discover that you have to go there (regardless of whether you're still around) and meet one of their staff to (manually) fill up a form! They pretend we still live in the 80s when it suit them in order to keep charging you money.

Negative experience: Visit once the owner of the gym is very nice and humble but the lady instructor sounds very unprofessional and rude. False advertising/ unclear advertising they always advertise that 2 week’s trial is free but thats not true before trial they ask you to put all your banking details so if you don’t even like the gym still you have to pay:(

Negative experience: Beware when cancelling your membership, you will see other reviews about that they are repeat offenders! All communication stops on their end and your emails get ignored. Of course money keeps getting deducted and they cannot be bothered to rectify!! Buyer beware. Positive experience: The Snap at Lunn Ave waals a very friendly place. Coming from CityFitness Panmure, the manager Steve was right- there are less equipment, but you get a slot to workout. It has everything you need for a workout. One thing, the seated leg curl was damaged, so they should get this fixed. I didn't proceed with membership, as I couldn't justify it being 2x the cost of CityFitness.

Fantastic experience: This is my gym so I spose I am a little biased. Come up and make your own judgement, you won't be disappointed.

Positive experience: Decent gym with plenty of machines but a bit of general maintenance is needed.

Negative experience: Was Fine until I tried to cancel, rang up and said I wanted to cancel, and they said I had to come in to cancel, went in there and then they said i had to email in to cancel, such a muck around, took weeks to reply to emails/fill out forms and sort out, it shouldn't be that hard.

Positive experience: Use Lunn Ave Akld and Waihi Rd Tauranga gyms. Lunn Ave a bit older but clean. Maybe a revamp soon. Friendly staff and patrons in both.

Negative experience: Charge over when I canceled the membership and seems like they don't even care for charging someone extra. Conversation going from 29th Oct 2020 and still going on. Making a stupid reason like I am a school student. After giving 1 month notice still they cut my fortnightly payment on last to third day of my cancelation.

Negative experience: The gym is quite small, few equipment and very expansive if you compare to some other gyms. The only good point os that it looks empty most all of the time.

Fantastic experience: i love how clean and tidy the weights are every time i come in here, i never see huge mess or weights left all over the places the floor is very clean and its never dusty or dirty that i havent noticed and the staff very friendly and very positive and help you to stay motivated.

This gym care about there members they do price give ways every few months which really good they have lots for benches and equipment and everything is just very convenient and nearby.
