Fantastic experience: Want to find equipment you cannot find any where else, here is where to go. Plus get your protein shakes made here too by the team.

Negative experience: They weren't an honest gym. There's a girl named Nia there, her customer service is terrible. She wasn't really helpful. If I do sign up with Flex-fitness again it wouldn't be with the Manukau branch.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym this side of town. Incredibly spacious and always clean. Including the changing rooms. The manager Cody, is the trainer you’ve been searching for. He knows his stuff and has to be the most motivating person I’ve met. Pushing you every session and making it more enjoyable than the last, he’s the key ingredient to getting the results you always wanted. The team is always warm and friendly and I must admit the girls behind the desk know how to make a good shake.

Fantastic experience: Iv been a part of Flex Fitness Manukau now for a few years and still hands down the best gym iv signed up too, clean facilities, very supportive and friendly staff, the very latest equipment, really motivating place to train, environment and atmosphere are awesome, FREE classes for members, Honestly best gym in Auckland.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey mid January 2022 at 126kg, 6 months in i am now down to 94kg - lossing 32kg!! The Team at Flex Manukau have been nothing short of amazing from customer service all the way through to the P.T's on site has been A1Class and in my opinion the best gym in the country to date. I now have my 2 sons and a few cousins who want to start the same journey I have and will be bringing them through soon. A huge thank you to the team at Flex Fitness Manukau, keep up the great and inspiring work that you always do. God bless.

Fantastic experience: Joined Flex 1 month ago and I can say so far so good! Staff are hands on, gave great nutritional advice etc.. Equipments! I was previously a Jetts member, equipment comparison, Flex hands down! For example When I'm on the treadmill I feel it holds my weight, no shakiness, I feel safe and secure unlike at Jetts there treadmill for me was no good unfortunately. There is a huge price difference with Flex fitness being more expensive but I guess it's what you pay for, better service, better equipment and the vibe there is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Flex Fitness Manukau since it began and I've got to say this is the best gym ever. Callum Butcher and his team have gone to huge lengths to ensure the members have an amazing environment to better themselves, everyday! I'm never leaving this place!!

Fantastic experience: June 2018: Great Gym, clean and new equipment, maintained well. Update: March 2019- still good. Update: October 2019- the gym is now not getting cleaned as much as it was before. Needs improvement urgently. Specially the bathrooms are dirty.

Positive experience: Great clean gym. Facilities and equipment are modern and tidy. Sauna available. Loads of parking and has front and back door entrances.

Fantastic experience: Awesome equipment. 24/7. We usually go in the middle of the night and get the whole gym to ourselves. Shower facilities are also excellent.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, first time my husband and I attended we were offered a free session even though we were none the wiser. Excellent facilities for every kind of fitness, especially weightlifting/power lifting. Enjoy attending this facility as a casual member, affordable casual rate considering what their gym offers - March, 2018.

As well as this stuff the members are great to talk to as everyone is dedicated to pushing themselves further. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you if you need advice. the boxing classes are amazing.
