Fantastic experience: Zero 2 100 has been an amazing experience thus far. With a wide range of cardio equipment to all that’s needed for resistance training. Along with a the sauna and a wide variety of classes. It truly is a one-stop-shop for all my fitness needs. The new owners have been so helpful and I cant thank them enough. Negative experience: I've been with zero to 100 for over a year and it has been such a great experience. Recently the ownership changed and I really wish it didn't. We pay for facilities that we don't even have access to. Why remove all the entertainment from the cardio area? We can't even choose music to play anymore either? Why is the big fan not on? Are you trying cook us? What's up with the soap in the bathroom? Literally filled with water, no matter how much I tried to get out of the soap dispenser, my hands are still not soapy? Why are you turning a gym that was premium into something that is worse than jetts? Get it together... It was a great time at zero to 100 but I'm sad to say that it's turning to literal dookie.

Positive experience: It's not a big gym but it has everything I need. It's a well maintained gym. It has a sauna which is a good plus!

Fantastic experience: Just signed up back at Zero to 100. The new owners have been great! The gym looks a lot cleaner and tidier all round since I was last a member a few years back. A gentlemen by the name of Kevin took the time to show me around the gym and also help me get started with a plan for the NY ahead. He took the time to understand my needs as well as help find a membership to suit my budget. I’m extremely appreciative for the great customer experience and diligent nature by the team at zero to 100 could not recommend this gym enough!

Staff Colleagues are super supportive and carry such an awesome vibe around the gym. The Gym owner and the Gym Manager are always looking for ways to better the gym as well as staff morale, they’re doing amazing and honestly want nothing but the best for their members and their fellow employees/staff. If I wasn’t working here I would definitely consider signing up here! The members are amazing and so inspiring, brings me smiles seeing theirs! To get to see these members everyday is definitely one of my highlights through each and everyday! This gym, It has everything one needs! Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, personal trainers and class instructors, great variety of exercise machines and cardio machines and even has a sauna!!!! The Classes are epic and the music is great! I am super lucky to be able to work for such an awesome gym! And highly recommend this gym for anyone with any health and fitness goal! Negative experience: I had a 30 days 30 dollars plan and i gave them 10 days before notice after cancelation they cut again 22.50 dollar .i called them when i canceled my membership. I really upset why they cut the payment

Positive experience: So this gym has old school equipments.. but they have updated... cardio room... Also they have spare... room to pose.. But one question... Is it not allowed to pose while working out ???

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone for 12 months contract. Reason being, management tells you that if you go with 12 month contract, you will get a cheaper weekly or yearly rate. Which is not true because i give reference to couple of my friends and they got same rate without having contract. Management not really help full when it comes to cancellation due to family emergency. I will say, think twice prior going with them for contract. GYM will offer same rate without contract as well. There are some other options in Botany with similar price and no contract and better service. Not recommend at all. Management deals with company called Debit Success and you will end up dealing with them for any payment issues. Which is unknowing. I am happy to provide evidence on my above statement. Now, i feel contract is not really require to get cheaper rate. I have already cancel my membership now. Whoever answer call at reception should comes under management. I cannot recall name to talk with particular person if there is an issue.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since it first opened as Club Physical. I changed to another gym due to Club Physical giving special deals to students who would crowd the gym. As soon as the new management took over and it changed to Zero - 2 - 100, I went back only to see new equipment and good hygiene and the staff are so great. The welcome gesture you get at the reception makes you want to come back every day. The personal trainers are always eager to take some pics for you and give you advise. I am not going anywhere now and I can say that I am back to the gym because Zero-2-100 exists ! P.S. The management at Zero-2-100 also helped me train a couple of friends for health reasons. They sponsored their membership for 2 months. Great bunch of guys who would help if you asked nicely :)

Fantastic experience: Honestly amazing, trainers will help you and try to improve you, classes are fun and free and the people that go to the gym are friendly and easily approachable if you need help.

Fantastic experience: So far the best Gym, I have been training at. I am not here to only brag about their amazing classes to keep us motivated, or their new equipments or their newly renovated bathrooms. Zero to 100 is bigger than that, its about their on going support to the gym members. I feel that the owner (Mike) doesn't run mainly as a source of his income but to help community thrive. He genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals. I see him on the floor talking to people and looking after his workplace all the time. The staff is always willing to help and support the members, always greeting by them everytime I enter the gym. I started at this gym, when I was living in Flat bush and I moved to howick over 2 years ago, I have jetts and Les Mills within 5 mins of my range but I still prefer Zero to 100. Huge thanks to Mike and the team. Keep doing what you are doing. Highly recommended gym.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, Mike and the team do a good job. Family orientated and plenty on to suit everyone. Never any issues and Mike is always accessible for chat around overall fitness or training tips. Good for group training have had our rugby team in here doing spin or boxing which has helped with off season preparation for the last 3 years!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Love the boxing classes run by Isaac. As a beginner I was really anxious but Isaac was super welcoming and taught me the basics. He also has the BEST music playlist that keeps us pumped. Also, must mention the measures Mike and the team have taken to ensure that the gym goers are safe during COVID-19. Making sure that the booking system is up to date, limited number of people during each session and sanitizers/cleaners located in every corner of the gym. They also provide many different classes that are super engaging! Thank you to Mike and the Team.

Fantastic experience: I am really loving the boxing classes and wish they were every morning so that I could go before and after work. They are energetic and fun and a really good allover workout. Issac is fun and motivating. Louis pushes you to be your best. Keep up the good work. I would love a boxing class on a Monday Tuesday and Friday at 6:30am then I could come before work and still keep my Wednesday class and Saturday morning classes.

Negative experience: Overall very good gym, but please do something about tailgaters at night. Always see 2~4 people coming with one key. It's not fair on others.

Positive experience: Overall a good functional gym. The main drawback with the facility is that it can get really really busy and you'd have to be quick to get to the equipment that you need. Also very disappointed in the lack of cleaning by gym members after the use of equipment and have seen a number of gym users not put the equipment back and leaving the floor space VERY CLUTTERED.

Fantastic experience: Zero- 2- 100 is a gym house around botany ! The gym equipments are good and it is big enough for more than 100 people ! The price is around 20 dollar a week including steam and sauna! think is good gym great environment great staff the equipment is good the cardio area is the best no doubt about it... is 24 hours which make easy... They have nice trainers ! Especially a guy named TK Luteru is a good trainer ! Above all They have a great customer service!

Positive experience: Looks like a good gym, staff are nice, members are nice, hygiene is bad in the male lockers and showers. Metal lockers have never been cleaned inside always full of rubbish left from the previous user, dusty and most of them broken u cant even place a key lock....showers are a disaster. I've seen a plaster sticking inside the 2nd shower for 10 days. . The dude next to me in the shower was shaving all his hair off for 30 min huge chunks of hair floating in the water while i was going in and out of the sauna. There is a new management there trying to change the place. Needs improvement. Communal or military showers makes it an easier way keeping showers clean, huge military type no one will ever stay longer in there than 2 min, no shaving no mess easy to clean , no wall partitions, less privacy to have time shaving ur pubes / chest whatever. Its a gym not ur own private shower. My membership has expired ....im still thinking if i want to go back or not . If it improves i would give it 5 stars and i hope it changes so that i can go back ....... Water fountains are not working, water temperature always stays warm. Cardio area should change from the setup, moving bikes to the front and treadmill to the back , makes the floor less shaky even if a 40 kg pers is running on them its a constant earthquake in there. Its small details that would make a huge difference. Management contact me if you want more ideas

Negative experience: Staff are friendly and they have plenty of equipment. I like the large main workout area with a high ceiling and plenty of light and ventilation. The music is too loud for my tastes and there is an annoying buzzer that sounds frequently - perhaps from a workout class, which is not sound insulated from the main area. As others have said, cleanliness is not good. There is a lot of fluff, dirt, and bits of foil wrapping on the ground all over the gym. The men's changing room/bathroom has an unpleasant smell, the lockers are dirty, the cleaning checklist looks like it hasn't been touched in a long time. Yesterday there was a pile of wet tissue papers in a shower cubicle. Of course the gym can't control its members, but I think management could do more to improve this.
