Anytime Fitness Ormiston

Negative experience: The actual gym is great but the parking is a real issue. I understand it's not the gyms fault but it's getting in the way of my gym schedule. Every time I try to get to the gym, I'm stuck in the parking area waiting for a car park and most times I'm waiting for up to 15mins then end up leaving. Then I receive an email stating we can't even park on the grass anymore as our cars will be towed or ticketed.

Fantastic experience: Clean and spacious

Negative experience: Great gym, but the parking here is absolutely horrendous!! It is hard for the avid Anytime fitness user to actually get parking here. Then you also have arrogant staff members from New Union bathroom becoming the gate keepers of this parking lot. Not to mention Ormiston Police expecting you to park at least 300 meters down the road which is a complete joke. Because parking on the grass is deemed illegal due to signage. This parking lot has become another cash cow for revenue gathering. Sad seeing motorists circle the parking lot in hopes to scrounge for a parking space.

Negative experience: Just started here at this gym and it’s fine but there is no point if you cannot access the gym if there is no parking. Being told from staff that it is fine to park on the grass, as long as you are not blocking the pathway than the police station next door do not care, but then i received a ticket on my car which is just stupid. I would not recommend this gym unless you go gym very late nights till 5am. Extremely disappointing!!!!

Negative experience: Parking has been horrible the past week. i went different times in the day (8-9am, 10-12, 1pm - 3pm. between 6-9pm. and ended up just going home. grass parking is also not allowed anymore

Negative experience: The gym is fantastic, and I really appreciate the excellent facilities and the friendly staff. However, I've noticed a decline in the cleaning standards over the past month or two. I frequently find that wet wipes are unavailable in the morning, and the bathrooms often remain uncleaned. This is disappointing because the cleanliness was previously much better

Fantastic experience: Tequila was such a lovely person. She showed us what we really need to get to our goal. Apart from that gym so clean, had everything I need for trainings.

Fantastic experience: Nice and tidy gym. Has vending machines with yummy drink range. Download all the anytime fitness apps, itll make your time much easier :)

Fantastic experience: Sign up process was very easy - Tequila was amazing and made the process thorough and enjoyable. The owner is also very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly cares about each and every member. The gym is super spacious, fully equipped and clean. Every machine seems brand new. Only downside is that parking can be hard but other than that, I have zero complaints. I highly recommend this gym. It is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Tequila was awesome in showing us around and explaining EVERYTHING to us! We didn’t have to ask anything as she was so comprehensive and knowledgeable! The gym is really well kept and the machines are great quality. I was told that the machines are a few years old, but based on how well-maintained they were, I would’ve guessed that they were brand new! Awesome management and maintenance staff!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, love the fact that everytime I come in at late night the cleaner is at hard work cleaning the facility as well as being courteous to gym users. As u don't often see that. Love that it is spacious and not cluttered and that everyone is respectful with the gym equipments as it is always put back and wiped down. Yes parking is an issue but only during business operating times as other business are open. Also thank you Tequila for the support of taking the time to show the gym and breaking down how the contract works when you sign up.

Fantastic experience: The only problem is the parking at peak times, otherwise it's clean, quite roomy although can get a little tight in some areas, equipment is great. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms out there, can be expensive even on a yearly contract but hey at least the “rush hours” are not rush hours when compared to other gyms

Fantastic experience: Nice new gym facility located upstairs on the first floor with stair or elevator access. The air smelled fresh inside. New equipment and machines that I enjoyed using. Good changing, toilet and shower facilities.

Negative experience: Please put a sign to inform members using the deadlift weight not to do hard drops. The gym is on an upper floor and the whole building shakes. Pretty sure businesses down below suffer from that loud thunder too and that can be traumatic for their clients and also the gym users. Other than that gym is very well equipped with some awesome modern equipment and superb views.

Fantastic experience: I've lived in Aus for many years and travelled around Aus and NZ as part of my job. Choosing a franchise gym network was important as it allows me to go to an AF gym wherever I am for work or holiday. I recently visited Ormiston branch both last Saturday and again on Monday. This is hands down by far, the best AF gym I have ever been to! So clean, so spacious and well thought out. Although I didn't meet any staff members (after hours) I met a couple of very friendly patrons.

Fantastic experience: Not busy on a Sunday. Good layout, clean and tidy space and equipment, good tunes, love the view out the window, a bit hot working at the cable machines, but allows you to open windows. Will be my new go to gym in the area. 2/4 sanitary wipes were out, but no biggie.
