Fantastic experience: I’ve only been at this gym for less than 6 months and I absolutely love it here. I really enjoy the classes, I’ve done Zumba, yoga and even power classes, these are things I normally don’t do but this gym makes me comfortable enough to exploring different areas of fitness. All the staff are very friendly and encouraging too.

Fantastic experience: Aimee is a very passionate gym owner who clearly cares about the experience of everyone who goes to aimz fitness. It’s a medium size gym with good equipment and doesn’t get too busy. Benches and weights are great, no complaints. Cancellation process is also very easy and low stress (unlike other gyms!)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is awesome, and the members are all so friendly—it makes working out so much more enjoyable. The classes are fantastic, with great instructors who keep things fun and challenging. A special shoutout to Kiani—she is amazing! Super friendly, welcoming, and a fantastic personal trainer, especially for newbies to the gym. If you’re looking for a great place to work out with a supportive community, this is it!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this fantastic gym for over a year and a half, and I could not be happier with my experience! As someone who was new to the gym scene, I found it to be the perfect fit from the very start. The staff are welcoming and personable, knowing you by name so you don't feel like just a number. Friendly staff members it’s a great environment to train in. Group fitness classes are fun with different options each day. Fantastic experience: Great local gym for me. It’s a 3 minute walk from my house so I feel more motivated to go. Also the gym doesn’t get overly busy so there’s never a wait for the machines/equipment. It has everything I need for my workout, I wish I had joined sooner but overall enjoying my progress/time at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Love working out at Aimz Fitness. I joined the gym about a month ago not knowing what to expect as all the other gyms around Botany/Dannemora/Ormiston are so crowded and makes it difficult to plan your workouts. Aimz Fitness being 24/7 and one of a kind boutique gym helped me beat the crowd and focus more on my workout plan. There is enough space and equipment to do weight training and cardio (which I focus on more). Aimee sets a great vibe to the whole place and love the community who comes along. I've also had a PT session with Kiani who helped me get started on my journey with a decent plan and really appreciate her professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym approx 2 years ago. Aimee and her amazing staff are the best motivators. There is no pretense or atmosphere of having to look or dress certain ways. Everyone is there with health and well being in mind. The staff are so knowledgeable and drive you to gain so much more confidence and skill set in the gym environment. If you want a really professional yet relaxed and family vibe gym then this is your place. The equipment is of highest quality. My 13 year old son is also a member and his trainer Spencer has the most amazing report with children. 10/10 from me

The gym is spotless, the equipment is excellent and the classes are awesome. It feels more like a community than a gym as even the clientele are supportive of one another. Fantastic experience: The best gym I have been to! it is always tidy, the members have great gym etiquette and the staff are always maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. It doesn't get overly busy, and has a wide range of equipment to use. They have great classes that fit all different fitness levels, open 24/7 and the trainers are all friendly, approachable and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in!

The actual gym has a great vibe and heaps of space to do what you like without feeling crampend! Been to other gyms where the staff are rude, it’s always super crowded and you don’t feel welcome, but this isn’t at all the case here! I also love that it’s 24 hours, this is such a bonus. Will definitely only come back to this gym from now on Also love how Aimz provides free sweat towels to use for your session in case you forget yours! (Saved me heaps of times )

Positive experience: Just started out so this review will change later on. I joined through a family reference and because it is the closest gym from Mission Heights. So far it seems like the facilities and equipment is clean although this says more about the members than the staff, with that said, the encouragement is prevalent. front desk was friendly but the computer had issues, which could've just been a once off fluke. Signup was simple via their website and I simply collected my tag to enter the gym once their computer was back online (they let me in to finish my session until they could give me my token).

Negative experience: No staff around but had a look around anyway. Mediocre. No ab crunch, no calf equipment etc. Probably one of the most poorly equipped gyms in the area. Gym outlay pretty disjointed.

This place has daily classes (two to three sometimes, four classes a day) there is plenty of equipment to use and everyone is always respectful of each other. This is like a family place. If you’re looking for a gym to join this is the place. You are welcomed as soon as you set foot inside. The owners Paul and Amy are fantastic and they have a great team supporting them. Joey has also been my PT for many hard morning or night sessions, he’s great and I highly recommend him to everyone. Come along and join if you’re local or not!!
