Negative experience: Businesses/people like these who owns business should show respect to their neighbours, to hear these people are waking people up at 5am is disrespectful and shows their true de manor. Nothing worse than been woken up at that time and for it to be constant.. do better!!

Fantastic experience: F45 Blenheim is the reason I will never join a regular gym again! Fun, dynamic training. The trainers have great energy, are friendly and encouraging. I continue to enjoy all the classes 10 months on from first starting and have seen improvements in my fitness and strength.
