Fantastic experience: Tania is an awesome trainer. She motivates you, tests and measures , understands how the body works, and fits a program just for you. Tania knows how to encourage you to go a bit further each time and coordinate's a program just for you and your needs. There is nothing she will not do to get you to the stage of fitness that you require .
