Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing, the equipment is top-quality and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. I've been to quite a few gyms over the years, but I've never felt part of such a warm, friendly, and supportive community like I have at Flex Fitness. I recently stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a class for the first time—and I was genuinely impressed. As someone with a background in Strength and Conditioning coaching who usually prefers programming my own workouts, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I loved it! The energy, the motivation, and the chance to push myself alongside other like-minded people made it a great experience. I've been training at Flex for almost a year now—starting at Colombo and now at Riccarton—and I couldn't be happier. The team made my transition between locations completely seamless, and switching home gyms was a total breeze. Excellent value for money, too. Highly recommend Flex Fitness to anyone looking for a top-notch gym with a real sense of community!

Fantastic experience: The best gym! not only are the staff super funny and friendly, they offer so many small amenities other gyms overlook. Phone flat? we've got you! forgot your deodorant? they've got you! forgot your headphones? no stress pick a song on their music tablet! Also lovely to see a gym that has a very good balance between male and female members :)

Fantastic experience: Super clean, bathrooms are always tidy and smell good, equipment is fantastic and there's room to stretch and work on mobility without falling over other gym goers.

Not only did I get both but the staff are amazing. Always happy to chat and have a laugh. Highly recommend flex riccarton for all of the above.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Flex Riccarton, and absolutely love the level up classes. Group fitness is my favourite way to work out and the environment at flex Riccarton has been welcoming, supportive and great at making working out fun.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to. Staff are super welcoming and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Facilities are very clean, especially the bathrooms and changing rooms. Machines are clean, never too busy, and well maintained. Overall a wonderful gym. A bit more expensive than other options but for good reason!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! The Level Up space is brilliant, intimate without feeling squeezed, a cool atmosphere and great quality equipment. The coaches are what/who brings the magic though. They’re very experienced and very passionate about helping you reach goals, knowing when to push you and also when to make you switch something out that’s not working. Fantastic experience: I joined Flex riccarton 4 weeks ago, all the staff have been nothing but supportive and welcoming! I’ve enjoyed getting involved in the Level up classes and learning so many new things about being in a new gym space! Having the option of the 24/7 gym and the classes has been a great option. Don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable being in a gym!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, probably the best gym I have been to. The staff is friendly, caring and engaging unlike other gyms, they make the environment and the time in gym more enjoyable. Equipments are amazing and most of the equipments you need are here. Surprisingly even though the gym is busy sometimes, I still get every single equipment or machine I need, gym has a chill environment and quite funny sometimes. I would recommend this gym to most of the people I know. Feels amazing to be part of this gym, I hope to stay here for a long time (FOREVER). Thank you for reading my (little) review.

Fantastic experience: Less space but best in class equipments! UPDATE: Gym is extended and this place is a total package now! Absolutely lovely staff, well maintained equipments and a clean environment.

Negative experience: Great equipment but the admin is a mess. Just canceled my membership because they took 3 days to pause my membership then refused to credit those days back to me because they were 'on holiday'. And I 'could have still used the gym during that time'. Disappointing to see such a poor attitude towards customers. 2 stars because they were polite about it.

Marcus, my personal trainer is really good if you can book him. Would not recommend this place to others because, as I mentioned, I like it mostly to myself. Step off !!
