Flex Fitness Riccarton 24 Hour Gym

Fantastic experience: Loving the gym, although it isn't huge, I always find a comfortable space to workout. Coming from a large gym I try to find the best in the city. Price, cleanliness and friendly staff and they keep improving equipment which is super important. Hopefully it just doesn't get too busy.

Fantastic experience: Great modern gym with friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of opportunities to go when not too busy.

It’s affordable and there are a range of different flex fitnesses throughout the country that you can access with the same key tag. Definitely the best gym I have attended!!

Fantastic experience: Flex is a 10/10 gym. Really nice interior space, group classes right after work, and really friendly staff always sharing fitness tips. The equipment is quality, easy to use and nothings ever broken down! There's a great atmosphere in the gym, it's easy to get motivated to work out.
