Fantastic experience: Joining Snap Fitness at Bush Inn was the best thing I ever did! Tom helped me get settled in and showed me the ropes and I’ve now started PT sessions with Natalie which is so helpful! Tom and Natalie have provided constant support and encouragement and I love going to the gym! Such a great, motivational, non judgemental setting. I’m excited to continue working 1-1 with Natalie, she has made me feel very safe to be myself and not feel any sense of judgement as I build up skills and confidence on machines

Fantastic experience: Bush inn snap fitness 5/5 stars. Social media manager Courtney and how kind, outgoing and friendly she is, makes this gym an amazing place to train because you just feel at home and the energy is always positive and uplifting. She always wears a smile and has a great way of encouraing people. Great open floor plan with modern equipment in excellent condition. This gym is always super clean and hygienic too, the bathrooms/showers are great and there is free to use deodorant at the front which helps keep members fresh during hard training. Out of all the snap fitness I have trained in christchurch this one is definitely my favorite. Amazing staff and amazing gym overall. - Kain

Fantastic experience: My wife and I used this gym over the Holidays to get a nice workout in. The manager was really helpful in getting us sorted with a week pass. Good vibes and suitable equipment to get a wholesome workout. Not too busy as well once you keep to the non-peak times.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this gym 2 weeks ago. As a 58 year old women it can be a bit daunting walking into some gyms but this place was great. As soon as I arrived Tom made me feel very welcome and during our chat I felt he really listened and he came up with a programme which as very well tailored to suit all my health issues and injuries. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, the place is immaculate, changing rooms and showers are great. It's not too busy. Just a great vibe. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: This particular snap location is amazing! The staff know their stuff and really make an effort to foster a sense of community. Their early morning classes are ideal for starting the day. I would rate it 5 stars if there was more space for the classes. Been attending this location for 6 months now and I intend to stay as the current facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is welcoming

Positive experience: Great place, but very little toilets since the upgrade. Which can an issue when you've had pre-work out.

It's all about quality not quantity, especially when dealing with pre-workout ;) In all seriousness though, we have the correct amount of facilities for a gym our size - the same amount we had when we were in our previous space. Fantastic experience: The gym and staff are amazing! They do their best to welcome everyone as they come in and check-in with their progress. There is a wide variety of equipment and the staff are always happy to answer questions. Personally I found it really helpful to begin gyming while I was unemployed and low on self-esteem. My confidence and mental energy both improved drastically!

Negative experience: The staff can be quite rude. Staring at me, laughing, making me feel very self aware (some blonde girl) definitely makes me not want to sign up there

Positive experience: Good space to workout in. I went early morning so only a couple of other gym users. Some of the gear was in need of attention. Has a smaller building with weights and cardio equipment and a larger area for functional training i.e crossfit activities that is located a short walk away.

Positive experience: I think the new management is great. I'm leaving this review just as I'm signing off snap fitness but I do like the gym. It is on the smaller side and could use a few more machines but it's not overcrowded even during peak times. Good clean little gym tucked away off Riccarton road.

Positive experience: Great gym with very friendly staff. I'm very new to going to a gym and I've never felt out of place. My trainer has shown me what I need to be doing and was friendly and supportive and welcoming.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with this gym. Have been coming here for the past two or three years, but have had a nightmare with them the past couple of weeks. Cancelled my membership back in November (have the emails/dated cancellation form) and they still charged me in January. Contacted them about this and they've only just cancelled my membership. They stopped responding when I mentioned I had cancelled in November and wanted a refund. The crazy thing is we only cancelled our memberships because we were heading overseas for a year. I was happy to come back to the gym after that, but won't be now. One of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with any business in NZ. If they ever get back to me I will update my review.
Hi Ben. Sorry about this, however I put this down to technical difficulties. Would of be great if you popped into the gym and this issue would of been resolved with in a few minutes. Sorry we weren't the gym for you. All the best with your fitness and health goals.
