Fantastic experience: Awesome place to workout, very quiet, clean and tidy and all the equipments are there

Fantastic experience: There were new mats and the machine that measures body composition. I am pleased that the gym continuously brings in new, relevant equipment.

Negative experience: All ready for 2nd workout, downloaded app, watched cringe safety video, paid for parking. Arrived at gym 9.15am, couldn't get in as app is saying my phone (samsung AO5s stock standard under 1 year old) is not NFC compatible. Called Jetts helpline and they implied my phone is faulty not their app and I will have to come back during staffed hours. I would have expected response 'lets txt you a code to get in' or 'lets send someone down to let you in' or 'sorry maybe we should reimburse you for first weeks membership'. But no the onus is on me to sort out and come back another time :(

Fantastic experience: Lily ( personal trainer) was so nice and kind. Very good and patient. Jett also has most you need for exercise. Clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: Great prices and staff. Some gyms discriminate against men by only letting women train shirtless in just a tiny sports bra. But Jetts is fine with men lifting shirtless too. Good stuff. Obviously, wipe down the equipment after use regardless of gender or attire.

Fantastic experience: great gym, went in here for a quick workout while travelling around nz and it’s the best one i’ve been to here so far! smelled great, the bathrooms were very clean and spacious and staff were helpful and friendly!! 10/10 recommend :)))

Negative experience: Not a good gym, for numerous reasons. Too small, leaking roof with stained ceiling tiles, poor communication, skinky and dirty drains in the shower which look as though they've never been cleaned, and dusty and grubby underneath some of the weigifting equipment. But what I have been most hurt by is being discriminated against for choosing to maintain my bodily autonomy during the pandemic and afterwards. I believe it was unacceptable. I couldn't go to your gym for months (while still paying, mind you - until I learned you could put membership on hold) which I felt was unfair and discriminatory. I should have cancelled my membership after how I was shunned and told to stay away, simply for wanting to have control over my body and my health, which is WHY you go to a gym mind you!! I have not forgotten this, nor have I forgiven. Especially as I was hospitalized the day after being vaccinated for covid, (so I could keep my job and go to your gym) and now suffer from heart pain and palpitations and reduced physical capabilities. My health is now much worse, IRREPARABLELY SO, for doing what you required me to do, to go to your gym. So, in summary - your gym has done not only a terrible job of maintaining my health, but I also feel damaged my body permanently. (I do wish to point out that Jetts fitness did not force me to get Covid vaccinated, but it was one of the two reasons why I felt I had to, along with the fact I wanted to keep my job). Thanks for taking the time to read my complaints here, even if I know for a fact that this will fall on deaf ears.

Fantastic experience: The Best Gym is the one you go with the intention of working harder then last time, Consistency, no excuses will get you resaults at anything you do, For me, Jetts at Dunedin is the best, great Management, Very friendly environment, right in downtown, I live within 3km distance, only 15 minutes walk, and I love walking there. I highly racommend Jetts to anyone who wants to make a better version of themselves, For people new to the Gym, I recommend spending few bucks on a personal trainer, with minimum 3 years of experience, the trainer will get you faster resaults, kick starting tour journey. Fantastic experience: I've just started with a personal trainer, Ashlie. The best decision I've made for my health, fitness, and wellbeing. I love the accountability and the realistic goals we've set together for the next 12-18 months.

Negative experience: Personal trainer, named Connor Ceci is very Rude and the way he spoke hurt us a lot. Not going to this gym anymore and cancelling our membership (all my family members)

Fantastic experience: Jetts Dunedin is the Mecca for fitness on a budget. The personal trainers are worth every dollar because they are the best in the business. Oh in case you’re doubting your decision, meet the gym manager and you’ll know exactly what to do.

Negative experience: Cheap membership, basic equipment The gym is always freezing cold and the management communication is not good. If you have a question or inquire you need to call and email 3-4 times to hear back from them

Fantastic experience: Great and cheap gym! The facilities are very clean, there's plenty of awesome equipment and everyone is very friendly. Perfect for anyone wanting to start working out. It's not the biggest gym but it's never been too busy.

Negative experience: Have been trying to cancel membership on line. Not clear how this is done so in the meantime am paying for membership.

Positive experience: Good gym, wish it had a punching bag and power bags but its a great price and 24/7. Fantastic.

Negative experience: I was signed up to this gym without my consent and have been forced to pay up to $300 so far. They would not let me out of something I never signed up for. Would never recommend this gym they have awful polices and communication.

Positive experience: They have everything you can need and have a great price but it can be crowded at times resulting in having to wait to use a machine or bench/rack. Great for dumbbell based exercise or cardio.

Fantastic experience: For me Jetts is a great gym, but it is best to do Jetts free, 3 day trial and find out for yourself. Your experience may differ.

Negative experience: Cheap, but very poor equipment that is always breaking and they take ages to get it fixed. Constantly have deals to get new members in, despite there often not being enough (working) machines during the peak time for people already there.

Fantastic experience: Nice cosy gym with everything you might need, wasn’t even too crowded on the busiest hours. The guy working on evening of 13/01 was super nice, helpful and kind.. give this man a promotion or VIP rugby tickets ASAP! Good vibes in gym only!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member of Jetts Dunedin right from when it opened. Love the fact it's open 24 hrs. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, find that it's not just here but any of the Jetts gyms around the country. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Having lots of clubs around the country is a plus. The gym can be busy but generally no waiting time for equipment.

O que não oportuniza muito a comodidade é o estacionamento público que é cobrado 3 dólares por hora para estacionar na rua. A academia deveria pensar em ter algumas vagas de acesso para membros.
