Positive experience: Love Jetts, just sadly this one gets quite busy. Would love a second dumbbell rack and another cable stack, but understand there’s a lack of space. Would recommend, just avoid 5-8pm

Negative experience: My mistake for signing up with this gym back in 2023 , I put my account on hold then somehow it gets taken off hold and I had let them know I no longer want to have my membership as I was having seizure that year due to my epilepsy yet they still expected me to pay for the gym even though I haven't even gone there at all since signing up, now they put a $800 bill on my name that I've just found out about today !

Negative experience: 100% scammed by this gym. Joined after being told it was open 24/7, but it is constantly closed and won't let me cancel my membership despite not upholding their end of the contract. Edit: Don't believe their feedback on this review, it's a blatant lie.

Positive experience: I came to this Gym for a 3 day trial . I come from Taupo. Gym is good however I think you could scrap some things for other things , such as supported dip machine for an actual dip machine , t bar row for a supported t bar row,hacksquat over omni , hip abduction or thrust for the ladies wouldn't be a bad idea, a lot of cardio machines , could probably half that so you can get more equipment , all this costs lots so not in high demand but would be very good.

Negative experience: Not good signed up went once didn't even think about contract etc then then boom heath hit its worst emailed them to ask to stop as I can't use my knee anymore they didn't care so I missed some payments then they took me to debt collectors and paying off $900 for late fees plus the $10 a week what is this jetts 2 years and still have to pay this bill off weekly prey on the weak I've tried to email and ring you try have a chronic pain at this age

Positive experience: Compared to other gyms in Gisborne Jetts js relatively cheaper than most. They however don't offer the same training incentive or drive.
Positive experience: Awesome clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff members, but this actually the first gym I've been a member of that you can't bring baby in a pram or let your child sit at the side watching an iPad while working out which limits its availability to parents. Please reconsider Jetts!
