Monday and Tuesday evenings are little busy .But all other days are not that busy .You can enjoy working out . Even the members are also friendly . Will be back again next

Negative experience: Overall descent gym. Unfortunately I think technogym equipment isn’t the way to go. Some of the machines aren’t the best. Ie technogym bicep curls. Weight plates are also left on the machines. Had a better experience in Snap in Bush inn Christchurch

Fantastic experience: The best. Great new equipment, friendly helpful team, open, light, clean well laid out. Seperate room for classes (which are great). I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for 10 years because Ive always loved the people and the vibe. Having tried other gyms in NZ, this is by far the best.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Hamilton East is one of the best gyms I have been in, The brand new equipment is 10/10. Such a friendly environment and the staff are all really helpful and welcoming. Best gym hands down!!

Fantastic experience: On holiday from New Plymouth looked for my gym fix very happy I found Snap Fitness. Awesome workout great equipment and the owners were amazing.

Positive experience: Good layout, service at the counter is polite and consistent. Need another set of cables. Trainers are more interested it seems in themselves than members or new clients. Though that's not uncommon. Solid 4/5.

Negative experience: They charged my account illegally without my permission, when I asked them to refund it, the manager told me she can not pay the whole money, just $150 out of thousands in a very disrespectful and humiliating manner. . Is this New Zealand? Really?

Fantastic experience: Gt gym. Super friendly helpful staff and excellent PTs. Gt range of weights and never too busy unless you go at the obvs busy times. Love it.

Positive experience: Great staff, very clean and good atmosphere. Offers classes etc. busy most all the time though. A good sign but can sometimes be hard to use what you need even in the early morning, especially when you note there is only one power station.

Fantastic experience: Hugely grateful for my personal trainer at Snap Fitness, Reggie. I've been interested in weights and strength training for a while now but found it daunting to try any weight equipment on my own (I had no idea what I was doing or what to use). To my relief, I was paired with the best trainer I could've hoped for. He specialises in bodybuilding, offers simplified advice, actually listens to what you want and tailors exercises to suit whatever fitness level you are at. Am proud of the workouts he designed for me and thankful for his encouragement and support (really enjoy the app too). I actually love going to the gym now (a first)! If you happen to take him on as a trainer, rest assured you're in great hands, he's a great asset to Snap Fitness.

I want to thank my trainer Reggie who has always been there, helping me achieve my goals. He has supported me overcome my difficulties concerns and always motivated me to be a better version of myself. I am grateful for most of the things I have learned here with him. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Amazing workouts! And friendly environment. Iam very greatful to trained with Reggie he is a super trainer and takes intrest in no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how he give me and shristi tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I have been tranning with him about 3 to 4 days a week and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Thankyou reggie.

Fantastic experience: I would like to mention here about my personal trainer (Reggie sangha) he is an Amezing person and a trainer he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals , he is very professional and funny too Thanks man

Fantastic experience: I used to live in Hamilton east and this was the closest gym for me. After 5 years I moved to other side of the town, towards North Hams. But still I come to this gym because it's spacious, bigger than others. My most favorite they have group classes and Boxfit is my best with Trainer Reggie.

Negative experience: I didnt have a problem with them until I tried to cancel my membership, now I'm fuming. My next payment was to be due next week, but instead of using up what I had paid in advance and being done with it, they said I have to pay for another month before I can cancel. It wasn't made clear to me in the beginning. I'm already cancelling because their prices are too high. Thanks, I didn't need to eat this month anyway. Having no food is pretty keto I guess.

Negative experience: I joined snap fitness 6 weeks ago so paid the membership and access card for some reasons I had to cancel the membership but it was within their trial period . Its been more then 5 weeks since I m waiting for my refund ...been contacting them on regular bases through email or phone they give me same excuse they will follow up with book keeper ...havnt received proper response or refund ..will they accept if members not paying money for 6 weeks

Positive experience: Their air conditioning needs fixing and it get quite cramped. Apart from that though, it is a good experience.

Negative experience: The gym is ok. The equipments are from different era. Super dated. Parking spots are limited. No gym bar to offer snacks...etc. Staff are the worst, unfriendly, totally useless. Am not in this crappy gym anymore. Highly unrecommended. Flex fitness are much much better.
