Fantastic experience: Active Health Club is such an awesome place to train! I love doing my workouts in the morning, and with more than one of each machine available, there’s no waiting around which is a huge bonus. They’ve got all the equipment I could want and more. The atmosphere is super friendly, and the energy in the classes is unmatched. If you’re looking for a welcoming place to work out, look no further than Active Health Club.

Positive experience: Good gym, found it to be a little small during peak hours but aside from that location is great, would really love to see it be open 24/h

Positive experience: Small gym with a good range of equipment. My membership includes a weekly 30min personal trainer session which is great.

Negative experience: Twice I came and some bodies was inside but no one opened the door to register myself in Be active gym

Fantastic experience: Be Active is a fantastic gym with great facilities. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend their very cheap personal training programme and their small group classes. Definitely the best, most supportive gym I have been a member of.

Fantastic experience: Visiting Hamilton on a very short stay and was looking for some classes near the hospital. Awesome classes. The gym and the bathroom were clean. Staff were helpful especially for a visitor.

Negative experience: I've been working out since last 2 years and Be active Fitness is probably the worst gym ever i've been to ! No trainers. Less equipments.Owner is rude , arrogant and ill-mannered. He does not know how to deal with his clients. The gym can lose most of its clients due to his rude behaviour . Try to be polite and flexible with your clients. There are a lot of fitness clubs around try to avoid this fitness club.
