Fantastic experience: I want to sincerely thank to staff member for helping me with my home club change. What could have been a complicated and stressful process was made so simple because of their guidance and support. They patiently explained everything, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure the transition went smoothly without any issues. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile just to help out, but that’s exactly what he did. Fantastic experience: This Gym has had a very recent makeover and is now looking awesome with a lot of new equipment as well

Positive experience: Love the gym and Matt, he's awesome. But I went in today and the floor is soaking wet. From the door entrance and along the window side. A possible leak that needs urgent assistance. There's also rips in the carpet thay need looking at to help the place look and feel great.

Fantastic experience: I would like to formerly commend Matt and his team at Ham east Jetts. A top bloke and great manager who let's his actions speak louder than words a true inspiration . I have been at Jetts for five years now and since Matt has come in, the gym has grown and the atmosphere has changed into a humble and safe gym to train in for all types from beginners to advance thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Always have what I need to get my exercise done and the site is always clean. Have been a happy member for years and will continue to do be.

Negative experience: The staff here are just plain rude.

Fantastic experience: Myself Aryan, And I was struggling mentally to break the physical boundaries that were coming in my way to reach my goal and then, fortunately I met Matt the Gym manager and then, he did a counselling with me after that, I started taking sessions with him and then, it was incredible to see how kind and supportive he was to me as well as he was understanding me a lot with my goals and even in terms of mental health he supported me too as well as he was always motivating me and even with the sessions he was very good understanding the work and timing even, he used to come in his own off time just to help me to achieve my goals. And without Matt it was hard fro me to cross my boundaries. Thanks Matt.

Positive experience: I must say I’ve been in and out of jetts for a couple years now trying other gyms in between and this gym is definitely a good price for what you get but the day I picked up my key tag after signing up online the staff member on duty didn’t smile once, said little to no words at all and came across as very rude and unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: As a person with gym anxiety, social anxiety, and just general low self esteem, I was kind of dreading going but I actually had a fantastic time at Jetts. First time setting foot in a gym really and it went great. Everyone was really respectful and they had plenty of equipment. It was really tidy too. Really impressed! Perfect gym for anyone with reservations…no regrets

Positive experience: Feb 2023 - improved equipment over the past few years. Olympic lifting bar’s and squat rack added to the gym equipment. Nice! Good gym for beginners through to intermediate persons looking for a gym. All exercises are covered by the equipment at the gym, all of these exercises can be done on the exercise machines ie no Olympic bar for bench press, squats or deadlift's, these are done on machines

Negative experience: I had register for one year contract still they ware deduction money from account.

Negative experience: Unsafe gym too many thieves . Staff not checking cameras even after complaint . Friend of mine lost watch and another one lost earpods

Negative experience: Its unsafe gym . Someone stolen my nike cap couple of weeks ago and now my G shock watch has been stolen from my locker. I informed to Gym staff if they can check their CCTV but no respond from them . Be safe guys while doing Gym in Jetts.

Negative experience: Unfriendly staff, not much equipment and space.

Positive experience: ok gym, small, can be hard in the afternoons to use the machines you want, just a heads up to management I'm pretty sure there is a group of boys go to the gym for free just with one guy swiping his key so half the gym ends up being full of non-members; i've noticed this happen to allot of gyms especially during non-staffed hours

Negative experience: One of the worst managers ever seen Hasn't picked up the phone for 3 times in staffed hours and when entered the lady was busy on phone for more than 5 minutes , making us wait

Negative experience: the gym equipment is always dirty, and machines are always breaking or just need to be replaced. only a few bathrooms so you can’t really shower or get ready there. perk is it is incredibly cheap, and never too busy.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is great, I have a disability which isn't obvious when looking at me and when I shared this with the staff they were accommodating which I value a lot especially when I don't really like talking about it. Also, I shopped around for prices and Jetts had the best prices, half as much as my previous gym, which is why I jumped ship. This gym company is great. Absolutely recommended.

Positive experience: Jetts is a good place to workout at a very cheap rate. One of the negatives about the gym is they don't have any barbells, only a smith machine

Positive experience: A decent gym, staff are nice, equipment seems well maintained. Not the largest range of equipment but you can still have a good workout, the only real downside is that there is no dedicated bench press or squat rack

Positive experience: Good place to work out. Friendly staff. At peak times one may have to wait for equipment to become free.

Negative experience: Terribly maintained gym with insufficient equipment - overcrowded as hell and only 1 smith machine that sticks halfway up ... This is barely a gym.
